MemberOne last thing.
When something like this happens, after a backup of your database, we typically recommend downgrading back to the last working version of our plugins on your site.
I recommend reading the following:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

MemberGood morning Jasmin,
Thank you for the files and the system information.
PHP 5 is still OK, although PHP 7+ is definitely highly recommended.
With that in mind, it looks like your current PHP max execution time is set to zero.
I would highly recommend fixing that. You can ask your web host for help.I am also getting the following message as I activate your theme
Your theme (Everline) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page.
You might want to look into that as well.
As for the theme itself, I installed it on my end.
It works for the initial “previous” or “next” attempt. However, after that, it breaks with a Javascript / jQuery error (in the Google Chrome Developer console).
So it looks like the issue is that there is a conflicting version of a script in the theme itself (probably an older version).
Since it looks like the theme is about 2 years old, I am pretty sure that this is the cause of the issue. The next step would be to hunt down the conflicting script.
The best person to help with that would be the theme author. In fact, since they are offering compatibility with the Events Calendar I am pretty sure they will be very interested in helping out. The first step would be to dequeue all scripts and reactivate them one-by-one until it breaks.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood morning Dylan,
We will absolutely keep this open. As stated previously, this should go pretty fast given the seriousness of the situation. In fact I will change the status to “Pending fix” for now.
I also just added an extra 3 months of license time on both Community Events and Community Tickets as a very small token of our appreciation.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening,
I apologize for the much belated follow-up message.
On our end, we have not been able to reproduce the issue in spite of our best efforts.
Would you mind trying to upgrade to the very latest versions of our plugins to see if that helps ?Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the Organizers not featuring links in your events.
I would love to help you with this topic. Can you tell which version of Avada you are using ?
Could you also please send me a copy of the latest version of your child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Edward and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.I am not quite sure what happened to your purchase process, but we are sorry you had to experience this.
If I were to guess, I would say this might have coincided with a temporary glitch or service restart.
In any case, I would recommend giving it a try.
If this happens again, please report back here and try to note the exact time this happened at.Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Andrew and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
To your point, my colleague Nico’s snippet is a great starting point to achieve your goal.
You can read more about customization here:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The easy way to do this is to use the sale end date option from your Edit ticket menu (within the Edit Event page).
You can read more about this here:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Alexis and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. The short answer is that you will be able to achieve this very soon.
We are going to be add straight to PayPal functionality to our Event Tickets plugin. This is scheduled for the first Quarter of 2018 if all goes according to plan.
Of course, if you are looking for the additional features provided by Event Tickets Plus, that will work too.
In the meantime however, to be able to use Event Tickets Plus, you will need to also set up one of the following: WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads

MemberGood evening Alex and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. If you have not already done so, I highly recommend reading the 3 following articles on translation:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/incomplete-translations/
For “Keyword”, the term seems to be there (https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/the-events-calendar/stable/uk/default?filters%5Bterm%5D=Keyword&filters%5Buser_login%5D=&filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filter=Filter&sort%5Bby%5D=priority&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc)
For “Events for Month” you are correct, this is not a full string. It uses variables (as you have guessed). But here again, I believe that the string should be in place (https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/the-events-calendar/stable/uk/default?filters%5Bterm%5D=for&filters%5Buser_login%5D=&filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filter=Filter&sort%5Bby%5D=priority&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc)
What might be going on is that the po/mo files are in need of some updates. This sometimes happens with our releases.
We typically try to fix it by the next upcoming release. Here are the most typical causes:
- Your translation files are not up to date
- You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
- The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”
In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.
In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

December 11, 2017 at 3:29 pm in reply to: Events Calendar incompatibilities with PHP 7.2. When will PHP 7.2 be supported? #1403227Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Kevin and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. When will Events Calendar release an update to make it fully compatible with PHP 7.2?
That is a great question. The simplest answer is as soon as we are able to.
Being compatible with newer versions of PHP is definitely high on our priority list.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a solution for this.It is in the development team’s hands now.
They need to code, test and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.Best regards,
