Does Event tickets plus work in WordPress without an E-Commerce plugin like Woo?

I just want to sell via paypal and other standard payment gateways, I do not want to implement a shoppify plugin like woo commerce. Will Event Tickets plus still work?

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

 

The short answer is that you will be able to achieve this very soon.
We are going to be add straight to PayPal functionality to our Event Tickets plugin.

This is scheduled for the first Quarter of 2018 if all goes according to plan.

Of course, if you are looking for the additional features provided by Event Tickets Plus, that will work too.

In the meantime however, to be able to use Event Tickets Plus, you will need to also set up one of the following: WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads
