    Good evening Abby,

    Thank you for the screenshot and the system information.

    You are right. The Events Calendar Pro uses Isotope and it is possible that there is an incompatibility with the version from your WordPress theme.

    The best way to go about this would be if you could send me a copy of your WordPress theme in a .zip file (in a private reply) via a link to Dropbox or Google Drive.

    With that in hand, I would be in a better position to help out with the version compatibility.

    Thank you for the system information.

    I ran some additional tests based on this and at this point I am unable to reproduce the issue (although I am trying hard to).

    This leads me to believe that there might be a conflict or template customization interfering.

    To investigate further, I have a couple of follow-up questions:

    1. Did you try flushing your cache ?
    2. Could you please go through our complete testing for conflicts procedure (preferably after a database backup): https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ – some of our user prefer to use a maintenance page plugin to be able to do that without impacting their visitors and let us know if you find the problem goes away ?
    3. Could you send me screenshots of both your event settings and your mini-calendar settings ?

    Good evening Mitchell and welcome to the Events Calendar forums,

    There are a couple of ways to reset things. But before you do anything, I highly recommend making a complete database backup and having the ability to revert to that backup if necessary.

    1. As my colleague Josh explains it, once deleted, the imported events are stored as “deleted_event” post types. Read his solution here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/not-all-events-importing-importing-historical-events-only/#post-1133381
    2. If you prefer, and you are comfortable with editing your theme’s functions.php file, I could share a more specific snippet that does exactly the same thing.

    Does Event Tickets Plus allow multiple attendee registration ?

    Yes, it does exactly what you described.

    Technically, you will need the following 3 plugins for this to work:

    1. <span>Our free The Events Calendar plugin</span>
    2. Our free Event Tickets plugin
    3. Our premium Event Tickets Plus add-on

    Does it integrate with active campaign or affiliate WP?

    These specific integrations have not been tested and I am not sure exactly what your workflow is or at what level you expect the integration to work. Perhaps you could expand on that ?

    But at a high level, I believe the integration should probably work.

    As you might know, we currently support WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP eCommerce, and Shopp.

    Super. Je crois que c’est effectivement plus sage de retarder de quelques jours la mise en place du calendrier.

    En fait, il vous suffit de simplement ne pas inclure le lien dans le menu pour l’instant. Inutile de desactiver le plugin completement.

    N’hesitez pas si vous avez des questions suite a la lecture de ces documents. De mon cote, je me penche sur vos fichiers demain soir tel que promis.

    Hey Greg,

    Thank you for that extra piece of information.

    You are absolutely right in your observation of how the URLs are messed up.

    The good news is that this matches what our Dev had found and this is exactly what they are working at solving in collaboration with the Dev lead from WPML.

    We have requested a release date from them and are waiting for an answer.
    On top of that, to ensure we are wasting no time, we are putting the final touches on recurring event support with WPML as well.

    So in short, everything will go pretty quickly with several enhancements being released shortly after their fix.

    More on that tomorrow.

    Thank you for running the recommended tests.

    No worries.
    We should be able to solve all of these issues way before you launch date.

    For the Dropbox link, there is no need for email. Simply paste the link to the .zip file in a private reply on this thread and I’ll take it from there.

    With the theme in hand, I should be able to quickly let you keep the search bar and get rid of the “Archive” word.

    La probabilite qu’une rustine (patch) soit en place pour le 2 septembre est plutot faible en toute transparence. D’ou mon offre.

    En ce qui concerne le lien qui ne s’affiche pas sur mobile, le tout provient du fait que le mobile utilise un excerpt. Mon collegue George a couvert ce sujet avec minutie dans l’article suivant: https://theeventscalendar.com/the-trouble-with-excerpts/

    Il y propose d’ailleurs quelques solution qui devraient regler votre situation.

    En ce qui concerne le courriel, il faudrait que je fasse quelques tests avec votre theme WordPress en main. J’ai l’impression que quelque chose interfere.

    Idealement, si vous pouviez me faire parvenir un fichier .zip via un lien Dropbox ou Google Drive, je pourrai faire quelques tests vendredi.

    Pour ce qui est du numero de telephone, il est possible que votre theme necessite l’ajout de quelques regles CSS specifiques aux resolutions d’appareils mobiles. Le tout depend de:

    1. Vos reglages sous Evenements > Reglages > Affichage (plus specifiquement la feuille de style choisie)
    2. Les regles CSS de votre Theme WordPress

    Finalement, a propos des cartes qui ne s’affichent pas, vous serait-il possible de lire attentivement l’article suivant et vous assurer que vous avez un API bien defini et saisi dans vos reglages ?

    Good evening Kimberley,

    I ran some tests with your theme.

    On my end, the pagination from our plugin works great.
    However, your theme also adds pagination of it’s own (which does not work – which is not abnormal per se).

    I was not able to investigate your site further as it was unfortunately down at the time of testing.
