Good evening Maureen and welcome back!

To get access to your copy of your Pro plugin, you simply need to download it from: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

Simply install it on your additional websites and you should be good to go.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

Good evening Javier and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

You are right your better bet would be to go with Event Aggregator which is awesome and so much more flexible.

The simplest thing to do would be to go for a refund.
You just need to follow the procedure described here.

This will let your buy Event Aggregator.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

    Hello again Phil,

You can offer multiple types of tickets on any page.
For all intends and purposes, one could be a subscription ticket (but that would not make things very automated).

If I were you, I would consider getting a copy of a WooCommerce Subscription plugin (there are a few out there). This would allow for more automation of subscription, customer roles and discounts.

In other words, especially when used on normal pages, our tickets plugin can happily coexist and interact with other WooCommerce plugins.

But to be sure, I would need a bit more details on how that would work in your specific situation.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Phil and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

Is it possible to tie the Events Tickets Plus into my WordPress site without having to use The Events Calendar?

Yes, absolutely, you can use Event Tickets Plus on almost any post type (including pages and normal posts).

You will also need a copy of our free Event Tickets plugin to make this work.

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Dietmar,

You are absolutely right. The fix is scheduled to be released with our 4.3.1 maintenance release.

This unfortunately could not be a part of our feature release.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Have a good week-end,

Good evening Maureen and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Actually, I see that you currently own a business license which entitles you to use Pro on up to 3 sites. So I do not think you need to change anything aside from simply renewing 🙂

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Hello again Jacqueline,

I accidentally bought this license key. I have only one page and need the license for $ 89 instead of $ 59 dollars. French unfortunately I can not write and understand. Can you make the purchase of $ 59 reversed and then I buy the license for the Pro Event Calender for $ 89.

If you want to have 2 x 89$ dollars licenses, you totally can.

You are fully entitled to a refund since you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.

That being said, before you do that, you should know that the 59$ upgrade you purchased actually gives you 3 total licenses (which is cheaper than buying 2 single licenses). But in the end it is totally your decision.

    Have a good week-end,

    Geoff B.

Good afternoon Patrick and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about your license issues. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.

Currently, your Pro license is tied to scgccmulti.wpengine.com  , which might be a Dev site.
But, the good news is that you can actually move our licenses around: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good afternoon Neil and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been dealing with while attempting to renew your license. I would love to help you with this topic.

I believe that this might be cause in part by the fact that your last order was refunded? Not sure why that is.

Would you mind trying the following link: https://theeventscalendar.com/checkout/?license_key=&variation_id=1034214&action=upgrade-renew&authtoken=

Let me know how that goes.

    Good morning Victor,

Thank you for your great words.

I am glad things have worked so far!

There are actually a couple of ways to achieve what you are looking for:

    1. You can use the following snippet in the functions.php of your theme/child theme: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/ – it is the fastest solution
    2. Find and open up the language files for Romanian in our plugins /lang/ folders ( the Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus). Look for the strings you want to change and modify the translation. Upload your modified files in /wp-content/languages/plugins/ (this will override the language files in our plugins)

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Hey Marjet,

I understand what you are saying.
Normally, the pagination works great on most themes.

As stated before, I believe that this issue is specific to the Enfold theme.
I don’t know for sure what the cause is, but my top guesses are:

    1. Some conflict with Enfolds own pagination system
    2. The setting under Events Template in Events -> Settings -> Display (you might want to try another one to see if that helps)
    3. If point #2 does not help, I would be curious to see if using our full calendar shortcode (released in 4.3 yesterday) in a normal page would help.

That being said, to hide the other link (next) with CSS, you can add the following rule

    #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-next {display:none}

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Good morning vandi and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

The short answer is almost yes.

Since yesterday, we have released full calendar shortcodes.
You will need a copy of our premium the Events Calendar Pro add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

However, category support is not fully functional for that code yet.
We are working as fast as we can to incorporate it.

It is too early for a release date yet, but most likely sometime in November if all goes well.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Natasha,

I spoke with dev and it turns out the line you are referring to should not be in our code at all.

I am not sure how that code ended up there.
Could you send me copy of that file (general.php) ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
