MemberGood evening Sam and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. We need it that User needs to login to make the booking.
To do this, you will need to have our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
This will give you several options, including “Require users to log in before they purchase tickets”
Their details are collected and then they are sent an email to confirm.
This is a standard functionality of Event Tickets Plus
We also need our plugin to allow multiple bookings. Were a user can booking more than one place and that it can have up to numerous places and it shows the remaining places.
Again, this is a standard feature of that plugin, so you should be fine.

Geoff B.

I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is yes. You can modify pretty much anything using either custom CSS or a template override. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
The CSS for the background colour of the submit form is
#tribe-community-events .button {
background-color: #000;
}Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. You did find the perfect link to use full calendar shortcodes in a normal WordPress page.
Kudos on that! The reason why the shortcode is not working is because you need to update the Events Calendar Pro to the latest version (4.3.1.1). You currently have 4.2.6 in place
By the way, that is also true of your Event Tickets Plus plugin. If nothing else, it is far preferable to have matching versions of our plugins, otherwise unexpected behaviour can happen.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberRebonsoir Grégoire,
Bonne nouvelle!
J’ai un “workaround” pour le bogue avec les filtres du widget:
- Unless your theme supports shortcodes in the text widgets, download and install the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-widget/
- Use a shortcode widget and enter the appropriate shortcode with the desired filters: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Normalement, ça devrait fonctionner en attendant le correctif.
Bonne soirée,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issue you have faced while trying to create a new widget with a filter. I would love to help you with this topic.
There is currently a bug with the list widget, more specifically with the ability to add filters in it.
We do apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, there is a workaround:
- Unless your theme supports shortcodes in the text widgets, download and install the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-widget/
- Use a shortcode widget and enter the appropriate shortcode with the desired filters: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Stephanie and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the challenges you have faced while trying to update your plugins.
I would love to help you with this topic.I am not exactly sure what is going on, but I can tell you that all of your licenses are valid and that they are currently associated with http://www.wayshowerscollege.org
As you might know, we do recommend having matching versions.
As it stands, you will need to update:- The Events Calendar: Community Events
- The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets
- Event Tickets Plus
- the Events Calendar Pro
As a side note, our last version of Pro includes full calendar shortcodes.
To fix your current situation, you have 2 options:
- Temporarily disconnect and then reconnect your license keys: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
- If that does not work, you can temporarily deactivate all the plugins that require upgrades, delete them, download the newest version from your downloads page and install them manually
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Fraser and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the various issues you have encountered.
I would love to help you with this topic. When clicking on a later date in the future and trying to RSVP a ticket, it reverts to the earliest date that event was run.
What have I done wrong? Can you help?
At the current time, the Events Calendar Pro does not fully support Event Tickets for recurring events. It is limited to 1 set/pool of tickets for the whole series (as opposed to separate RSVP lists for each event).
So perhaps this is what the issue is. Could you provide me with example URLs of this so that I can test it ?
A workaround is to create the recurring events and then “break them” from the series individually. This way you can create separate ticket sets/pools for each event.
It is not ideal since that means that they are no longer recurring events.
also I am now getting the following warning:
You have entered license keys for Event Tickets Plus and The Events Calendar PRO but your keys are out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to to manage your installs, upgrade your licenses, or purchase new ones.Could you maybe help with this also?
I believe the issue is that both the Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus are personal licenses that are currently attributed to your http://yourwebguru.co.uk
As such, the message is correct. You are out of installs.
You can:
- Upgrade to a business license (3 sites). Read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
- Move your license key around, following these instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Callum and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products. It’s truly appreciated.
However, please note that we do not offer support for our free plugin in this premium add-ons forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
If you don’t mind, in the future could you please post your support questions here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar ?
With that in mind, the answer to your question is yes. Both of these things are feasible, but will require a bit of customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
As for the text change, you might want to try this snippet in your theme’s functions.php: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. That is a very clever workaround.
You will need as many licenses for Event Tickets Plus as you have sites. For that purpose, a business license would be great. You can upgrade from your license keys page.
Read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is yes. But that will require a bit of customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.I am not sure which view you would want that feature in, but this very similar to the tooltip code from the Month view. By borrowing that code and tweaking it to your liking, you should be well on your way.
If coding is not really your thing, you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Gareth,
Actually, can you retry that very code ? I have extended it.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Damian,
Thank you for writing back.
You should be able to download a previous version of the Events Calendar Pro as long as you have a the Events Calendar Pro license.
At the current time, that does not look like it is the case. Did you have such a license previously or maybe with a different account ?

MemberGood afternoon Ilana,
I am super stoked to see that you have managed to translate almost all of the strings.
Kudos! The missing string is called “%s in” and it is found in the Events Calendar language files.
Question: Why do I need the the event calendar active when I have the event calendar pro active?
When I disabled the plugin – the event calendar the shortcode tribe_event didn’t work? This is a great question. The reason for that is that the Events Calendar Pro is a premium add-on to the free the Events Calendar.
In other words, it extends the Events Calendar, but will not work on its own.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
