MemberGood evening Ilkka,
Thank you for sharing the files.
I believe the issue stems from the fact that you are trying to reuse the same 4 tickets for all the events.
Simply put, each ticket in the ticket csv file will be associated to only 1 event.
You could trick the system by copy-pasting these tickets in the csv file.If I understand your example correctly, that would mean 4 tickets per event x 9 events.
This means there should be 36 tickets in the Tickets.csv file, not 4.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Adrian,
Thank you for writing back.
Event Tickets Plus is a great add-on that offers awesome new features such as:
- Having fully transactional tickets (payment, etc..) via WooCommerce or another WordPress online store plugin
- Capturing attendee info on your tickets.
So that will solve the “free” issue since the price of the ticket will be displayed.
But you will still need the extension to notify event organizers.Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Yves,
Kudos on finding the culprit.
It absolutely does make sense to edit these settings.
However, I would recommend 2 things:- Try using a Child Theme if you can to do that. This way these changes will stay even when you update your theme.
- Try contacting the Enfold authors to see if they have a better solution for you 🙂
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Scott and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that there was some confusion in the purchase process.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right. You renewed your business license instead of purchasing a new single license.
For that reason I went ahead and refunded you the difference in price between that renewal and the cost of a single license ($15).
I also fixe the expiry date of your business license and added a personal license to your account.
Normally, you should be good to go.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Tien and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered while upgrading our plugins. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
At this stage it’s hard to say what caused the crash without the system information,
However, I can tell you that there is indeed a glitch that removes comments. We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.
We are actively working on a fix for this.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
In the meantime, it has been established that the bug is tied to the Community Events plugin, not the Events Calendar. Reverting back to version 4.3.2 of that plugin solves that specific issue.

MemberGood evening Modar,
Thank you for the files.
You are right, I see nothing obvious in these. With that in mind, I might have a snippet to use in your theme’s functions.php : https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/c83a84cb095de4ae00b731ec929c62c8
This has not been fully tested, but it should restore behaviour similar to the original snippet provided by Woo themselves.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Mark,
First off happy new year!
I want to extend our sincere apologies for the delay answering.
Your reply simply never appeared on our radars before just now for some unexplained reason ?!Is there a way to shift the content down the page? As you you can see here – http://bigrockdesigns.badwolfproductions.co.uk/events/ my top bar (which is custom coded in to my site) pushes my header down which in turn covers the search function of the Events Calendar. Can you think of a solution for this?
It looks like this page has been removed.
I am pretty sure there is an easy fix for this if you can get the page back up 🙂Some simple CSS should do the trick.
Secondly, Is there a way to link the calendar entries to another URL? I.e the Photoshop Introduction courses that are on there, rather than clicking that and it bringing me to the event page, I would ideally want this instead to link to the PS product page.
Absolutely. You can tweak any view to your liking easily.
The proper way to do this is through a template customization of the view you want to tweak. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberBonsoir Thierry,

MemberGood evening Yves,
Thank you for writing back.
I believe there might have been some confusion here. Our apologies.
Your issue looked very similar to another one we just had with our latest release, hence the confusion.
Since your issue is pretty theme specific (meaning that it typically does not impact other users), for now, the correct way to handle it is through the CSS rules you just mentioned.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
