MemberGood evening Josianne,
I am glad you were able to fix the ticket display issue.
Thank you for the suggestion regarding the ticket sale date.
This is actually tricky since some our customers are actually using that functionality.I guess the important thing is that we could fix this quickly.
Also I am running into another major problem…The time when editing a ticket keeps reverting to 8am and 5pm. I change it to 9am to 4pm and then hist save but once I publish that time changes back to 8-5 therefor the ticket doesn’t show up on events page because those hours are not the same as the event…I am pulling my hair out!!
Yikes! That must be pretty awful!
I just went on your site and noticed that the event is indeed showing from 9am to 4pm, as you intended. Can you confirm ?
Perhaps, there was some browser or site caching at play ?
And what I need to do exactly is set-up the event as a 5 day camp, but will need to create a ticket to purchase all 5 days, and then a ticket for each day of that camp so that parents can register there kids for specific days or the whole week. SO i believe I figured out the best way with Enable global stock(that manages so that the total ticket for the whole week camp is 14 correct??) and then I create a ticket for one week and then one per day.
I totally understand your need.
However, I am not sure if you are aware of this, but we currently do not fully support Event Tickets Plus with recurring events (event series). As you can see here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
At best, right now we can only have tickets that span across the whole series.
In other words, no matter how many tickets you create, they will all appear in every single event of the series.
The good news is that we are working on adding full compatibility for later this year.
In the meantime, you could cheat by doing the following:
- Create a 5 day ticket
- Create tickets for every day of the camp
- Using CSS, add rules for each event of the series to hide any tickets you do not want to display on any given day. I can help with that.
The only downside to that approach (aside from the manual CSS for every event series) is that I am not sure Global stock will work to your liking in that context.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Bart,
Just a quick note to let you know we have not forgotten about you.
We are simply running some thorough testing on the validation and error messages related to multisite installs.
Hang tight as we do just that!
Have a great day!

I am really glad that worked, finally!
Special kudos to Brook and major props for your amazing patience here.
As a token of our appreciation, we have extended your license by 6 months. You are absolutely right, replacing that line will work.
I will reach out to Brook to see if it is possible to do that via a snippet instead.Best regards,

MemberGood evening Simon,
First, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
Full disclosure, it seems like answers on tickets that are “pending fix” somehow flew under our radar.it would also be nice to be able to have a couple of check box that allow the option to publish an event in the main blog feed on the publish date and on the event date.
That would indeed be a nice option. I have added that idea in the extension request.
Also nice to publish a fixed date prior to an event (eg 1-7 days befoe the event date) to serve as a reminder to readers.
Although this is a very interesting idea, this one would require some more complex coding.
As such, I do not believe it is likely to be included in the extension. But, there are 3 things you can do:
- Suggest it in our User Voice forum: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas . This will let other customers vote on the idea.
- Hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
- Perhaps look at a plugin that does republish old items automatically. For example: https://srd.wordpress.org/plugins/republish-old-posts/ , but this idea is untested.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Hans-Gerd,
We have just released a version that stabilized (we hope) most language strings issues.
Would you mind checking if that is true on your end ?If not, if you could report any rogue string, that would be super appreciated.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Brian,
We are indeed working on having only sustainable versions.
Would you mind telling if the latest updates solved any of the remaining issues on your end ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Brian,
As you can see, I am going over our translation related tickets.
I thought that you would like to know that we are working hard at making the language and translation aspect of our plugins much more robust.
It has been a bumpy ride, but we will see this through.
For now, it looks like only the Multi-line text field? is translatable.
I have reassigned this one to our translation team.
Hang in there as we finally complete this!
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Amy,
Thank you for writing back.
I totally understand how this can be very frustrating.
As you can guess, this was absolutely unintended on our end. Please know that we take any of our features not functioning properly very seriously.
Simply put, we hate bugs too.For that reason, we are actively working on a fix for it with the hopes of solving this issue as fast as possible.
I would like to extend my apologies about the trouble caused by this once again.
I absolutely understand my proposed workaround is far from great, but I do believe it might helpful to you until this bug is quashed.
Thank you once again for your patience.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
