MemberGood afternoon Josianne and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not displaying on your event page. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Would it be possible to get a screenshot of your Edit event page, including the Edit Ticket screen ?
There are typically 2 reasons why a ticket does not appear:
- The start sale date of the ticket has not been met yet (under “Edit ticket”)
- Something in your WordPress theme is preventing the cart from appearing
Hang in there!

ParticipantYOu were right my dates where wrong….it would be nice if there was a red text pop up beside date when you try to save the ticket saying that the date entered doesn’t match the event date or something as oppose to the ticket not show up on the event page.
Also I am running into another major problem…The time when editing a ticket keeps reverting to 8am and 5pm. I change it to 9am to 4pm and then hist save but once I publish that time changes back to 8-5 therefor the ticket doesn’t show up on events page because those hours are not the same as the event…I am pulling my hair out!!
SO here’s the link http://www.letthecatgo.com/event/creative-cats-march-break-day-camp/2017-03-13/
And what I need to do exactly is set-up the event as a 5 day camp, but will need to create a ticket to purchase all 5 days, and then a ticket for each day of that camp so that parents can register there kids for specific days or the whole week. SO i believe I figured out the best way with Enable global stock(that manages so that the total ticket for the whole week camp is 14 correct??) and then I create a ticket for one week and then one per day.Only problem is the time keeps reverting and causing problems!!!
Please help, this client needs all her classes up and running as soon as possible! I have it set-up on Woocommerce but there wasn’t any add-on that could do what we needed,,,your plugin seems like it will if I can get it going properly!
I am not attaching a screen shot since it will not demonstrate that when I upload the time gets changed.
Thanks

MemberGood evening Josianne,
I am glad you were able to fix the ticket display issue.
Thank you for the suggestion regarding the ticket sale date.
This is actually tricky since some our customers are actually using that functionality.I guess the important thing is that we could fix this quickly.

Yikes! That must be pretty awful!
I just went on your site and noticed that the event is indeed showing from 9am to 4pm, as you intended. Can you confirm ?
Perhaps, there was some browser or site caching at play ?

I totally understand your need.
However, I am not sure if you are aware of this, but we currently do not fully support Event Tickets Plus with recurring events (event series). As you can see here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
At best, right now we can only have tickets that span across the whole series.
In other words, no matter how many tickets you create, they will all appear in every single event of the series.
The good news is that we are working on adding full compatibility for later this year.
In the meantime, you could cheat by doing the following:
- Create a 5 day ticket
- Create tickets for every day of the camp
- Using CSS, add rules for each event of the series to hide any tickets you do not want to display on any given day. I can help with that.
The only downside to that approach (aside from the manual CSS for every event series) is that I am not sure Global stock will work to your liking in that context.
Hang in there!

ParticipantAlso my images uploaded for the tickets do not transfer to woo commerce product or on the site. Ive attached screenshots.
The top item you see with a pic was crated in woo commerce, the one below created in events. is this another glitch?
