MemberGood evening Steph,
Thank you for your understanding.
Let me know if you need anything else on this topic.
As an FYI, it looks like there will not be a release before at least next week unfortunately.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Emma,
That is such a good point! This option also disappears when licenses are expired.
I guess your best bet would be to send it via our contact form and make sure you reference this thread in it.
Sorry about that.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ken,
Thank you for writing back.
You are 100% right. For the moment we do not support Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus with WPML. You can read about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/
Strangely, the WPML plugin was missing from the system info you shared.
In any case, I have some good news: we have started working on that feature and are hoping to release it sometime this year. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, there is a very imperfect workaround available (but it is unsupported).
It works on Events with tickets, but it is untested on the standalone usage. For that purpose, you will need to make sure you have WooCommerce multilingual installed.
What you can do, after you create the ticket is to head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.
Once there you will see several cleanup buttons.
One of them forces the assignment of language to items (in this case the tickets you just created).
Click on it (you might have to do this every time you create a ticket). You can reach similar results by deactivating and reactivating WPML, but it is less reliable.
That should make the tickets appear in wp-admin.
The main downside to this is that the tickets created in other languages will not be true translations of the original ticket.
They will be standalone independent tickets.
This means it will work properly in each language, but do not allow proper unified stock management.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Helena,
Thank you for the replies.
I have changed the status of these to “private” for security reasons.Based on what I am seeing, you are getting an error 500 message for that page.
Before doing anything else, I would recommend going through the following: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
As a side note, I am noticing that your current memory value parameter is a bit odd (according to the system info).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Michael,
I have found the cause of the issue.
You currently have a “real page” named Sted that also uses the http://events4kids.dk/sted/ slug.
This causes issues because the Events Calendar plugin is expecting to have complete monopoly over this slug (even if venues are not “real” pages).
This leaves you with a couple of options:
- Use a different slug for that page
- Use a different translation for Venue in our plugin’s language file
Once you are done, you should re-save your permalinks.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Sylvanus,
This indeed very odd.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Since you do have the latest versions and you are updating manually, you can ignore these very inaccurate messages.
We do have a bug ticket open to review the warning messages while using a personal license on a multisite install. I will add these findings in there.

MemberGood evening Pascal,
At my colleague Andras’ request, I would like to chime in to help with the second part of the issue.
Could you please send us a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Secondly, if you do not mind, I would highly recommend downgrading our plugins to 4.3.5 for the Events Calendar and to 4.3.4 for the Events Calendar Pro.
The following article should walk you through that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Finally, now that you have changed your translation method, you should also update the custom link in your WordPress menu.
Let us know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Nancy,
Thank you for writing back and for the additional context.
Could it be something else?
That is a great question.
There are 2 other possible known causes for this:
- If somebody changes the ticket quantity in the cart (after entering the attendee info)
- If there is a conflict with your theme or another plugin
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
This way, we can pinpoint better what is going on.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Matt,
Thank you for your feedback.
As for point 1, even if it is not possible to use the page template in Avada, you should still be able to style the ticket box with CSS.
I will wait for your system information.
Have a great day!
