As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

We already have part of that info, but it looks like some of it is missing (the plugins list for example).
Secondly, by the sound of it, I believe there might be a plugin conflict at play.
Without looking much deeper, I suspect the autoptimize one could be involved.
Perhaps you should consider completely deactivating it to see if that helps.
