    Good afternoon Alyson,

I am glad this seems to work for you now.
    Can you confirm ?

Other wise, I could share the CSS found behind the following example (that achieves what you are looking for I believe: http://www.x-fit.ca/classes/)

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Rosanne,

    Thank you for writing back.

It looks like the attached CSV file did not make it for some reason.
Would you mind trying again using something like a dropbox or Google Drive link ?

    The only required fields are:

    • Event name
    • Event start date
    • Event start time
    • Event end date
    • Event end time
    • Timezone (not 100% sure about this one)

    Hang in there!

Good evening Brian and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

This can be accomplished by creating your very own custom views.

You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

    Have a good weekend,

Good evening Andrew and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the maps not displaying properly on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The first thing I would recommend would be to address the following message

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://vcaeducation.ca/event/radiation-safety-toronto/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://www.camrt.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/header_logo.png’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

Secondly, can you make sure to read and apply the following carefully ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/

Finally, try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

    Have a good weekend,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Toko-pa and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

There are 2 ways to go about this:

    1. Using a view customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

This will allow you to set the images to “full” size everywhere (as opposed to “medium” size in some places).

    2. Using some custom CSS rules

I could give you a hand with the latter if you want.
But I would need some actual live examples on your install or better yet, on a staging/testing server.

This would mean at least reactivating the images temporarily.

    Have a good weekend,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Stacy and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

By the sounds of it, your install is unable to connect to Google Maps API to generate the geolocation information for those events.

    This could be caused by:

    1. The fact that you need to verify your Google Maps API, using this handy guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
    2. You are on a shared hosting webhosting plan and you do not have a dedicated IP. This typically means that your daily Google Maps API limit is met quickly as it is shared with all of your shared hosting roommates.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

Good evening Konrad and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing on your event page.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Based on your setup, I do not believe the cause is the same as the other thread you referenced to.
Would you mind providing me with a specific example of an event (URL) that does not display the tickets, but should ?

Please also include a screenshot of your “Edit ticket” section for that event.

If you selected a ticket start sale date, our plugin will not display tickets until the ticket start sale date is met.

    Hang in there!

    Geoff B.
