We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing on your event page.
I would love to help you with this topic.Based on your setup, I do not believe the cause is the same as the other thread you referenced to.
Would you mind providing me with a specific example of an event (URL) that does not display the tickets, but should ?Please also include a screenshot of your “Edit ticket” section for that event.
If you selected a ticket start sale date, our plugin will not display tickets until the ticket start sale date is met.
