MemberHi Mark and thanks for getting in touch!
Event Tickets Plus is the bridge between Event Tickets and EDD. In other words, Event Tickets allows you to create free tickets and Event Tickets Plus allows you to create paid tickets directly in the page/post/event editor which then registers them as products in EDD that can be added to the cart for sale. Event Tickets Plus also includes additional reports for keeping track of attendees and sales.
So, yes, EDD does support the sale of digital products. However, it does not allow you to create your products directly in the WordPress editor, nor will it display the tickets on the page/post/event for you.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know!

MemberHi Javi, thanks for reaching out and for checking out Event Aggregator!
It looks like your Facebook Events license expired back in 2015, but I went ahead and created a six-month trial license for you to give Event Aggregator a try. You’ll be able to access the license by logging into your account here on this site and heading to the My Account > Licenses screen.
Cheers and enjoy using Event Aggregator!

MemberHey Luke,
Thanks so much for writing in!
Great question. The Events Calendar includes a feature that allows folks to download the ICS or Google Calendar file for any event or event view right out of the box. That’s part of the free plugin, so no need to purchase anything if that’s the only feature you’re looking for. 🙂
That said, I do want to caution that our plugins do not support “pushing” content from one site to another. We do have a service called Event Aggregator that will fetch events from other sites but, at the moment, there is nothing that will automatically push content out to other sites.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know!

MemberHi AG,
Good question. Yes, you can change your email address in your account settings here on this site after making the purchase. Purchasing a plugin will create an account for you in the process and you can log into it at any time to update your personal information.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know!

MemberThanks for the tip, @guidegirl! I’ve flagged this thread so we can use the feedback to update the Knowledgebase tutorial we have on this topic. Adding more detail here around checking that venue address details are correct is a great idea.

MemberHi Ronald,
Absolutely! While upgrading your account does not pro-rate the license usage, it does extend the date of your license to reflect the day that you upgrade.
You can upgrade anytime by heading to My Account > Licenses and clicking one of the upgrade options next to the license key.
Cheers!

MemberMy pleasure and thanks to you for reporting this! I know lots of folks use Category Colors on top of The Events Calendar, so we’ll definitely be interested in seeing how it all shakes out and help where we can.
As a note, I’ll mark this thread “Waiting for user confirmation” in the event anything else pops up. Our system does auto-close threads after three weeks of inactivity but, if that happens, please don’t hesitate to open another thread up and we’d be happy to keep the conversation going there. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Rory,
Yes, that is correct. Events Calendar PRO includes shortcodes that allow you to embed both full calendar views and the calendar widgets into any page or post.
Cheers!

MemberHi Christopher,
Good question! I do think Event Aggregator is the best bet because it will replace iCal Importer at some point in time and includes the same functionality, as well as additional features. Plus, we are only maintaining iCal Importer at this point as we phase it out, but are actively development new features and improvements for Event Aggregator on a regular basis.
That’s only my opinion though. iCal Importer is still great and you’re most certainly welcome to use that instead.
Cheers!

MemberHey Gerhard,
You know what, turns out we actually granted you a free license for Event Aggregator for purchasing Facebook Events. I forgot that was something we were doing automatically to give folks a chance to try it out. You can find it by heading to the My Account > Licenses screen once you’re logged into this site.
If I refund the order for Facebook Events, it actually wipes out Event Aggregator as well.
So, how about we keep your order in tact for Facebook Events and you get to enjoy Event Aggregator as well — like a 2-for-1 deal. 🙂
You can let the Facebook Events license expire on November 19, 2017 and renew Event Aggregator instead, which has the same expiration date.
Sound good? Let me know!

MemberHi Manny,
Ah man, that percentage is indeed incorrect, even though the price shown on the page is correct. Nice catch and thanks for the heads up! The page has been update to reflect that it is a 28% discount rather than 39%.
That said, I’d be happy to offer you the 39% discount. Will you please email us at support [at[ theeventscalendar.com and link to this thread in the email? We’ll send you a coupon.
Thanks again!
GeoffGeoff
MemberAbsolutely, my pleasure! I’m really happy to hear all is working well and that emails are getting sent out to folks.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but definitely let us know if any other weirdness or trouble pops up and we’d be happy to help — and, if we don’t talk with you before Thursday, have a happy Thanksgiving. 🙂
Cheers,

MemberHi Ross,
It looks like this post is a duplicate of another one you posted here:
I just answered the other thread, so I’ll close this one and we can keep the conversation going in that one instead. 🙂
Cheers!
