    Hi,

    recently I intalled the plugin “The events calendar category colors” for “The Events Calendar” and seeing the information provided in the official wordpress page, I see that the plugin does not work correctly, because in the monthly view does not appear the color that I have assigned to each category.

    Attached some screenshots complementing the explanation.
    In the first one I marked in red the bars that should have color (1 in yellow; 2 in red). And in the other two images can be seen as in the event sumary if the color of each category appears.

    Comment that we use the theme Divi.

    Can you tell me why this happens and the solution? Because I have tried all the features of the settings and I can not get it to display correctly.

    Hi Armando,

    So sorry to hear about the trouble with Category Colors!

    Would you be willing to open a support thread in the Category Colors forum?

    The Events Calendar: Category Colors

    That plugin is actually by another plugin author and is not supported by us — though we do love it and have worked with the developer before. 🙂 And, of course, I’d be happy to keep this thread open in case ant questions come up in the process that I can help answer.

    Sorry I don’t have an answer for you right off the bat, but I’m hoping the plugin developer will be able to tackle it.

    My pleasure and thanks to you for reporting this! I know lots of folks use Category Colors on top of The Events Calendar, so we’ll definitely be interested in seeing how it all shakes out and help where we can.

    As a note, I’ll mark this thread “Waiting for user confirmation” in the event anything else pops up. Our system does auto-close threads after three weeks of inactivity but, if that happens, please don’t hesitate to open another thread up and we’d be happy to keep the conversation going there. 🙂
