I need to renew my licenses and I was wondering if is there any discount to upgrade from facebook importer to event aggregator, as it was not available when I bought the licenses.

It looks like your Facebook Events license expired back in 2015, but I went ahead and created a six-month trial license for you to give Event Aggregator a try. You’ll be able to access the license by logging into your account here on this site and heading to the My Account > Licenses screen.

If, as I suspect, I want to upgrade from facebook importer to event aggregator, is there any way to “upgrade” my license and renew it for the event aggregator?

There will be no need to upgrade from Facebook Events. You can simply renew the complimentary Event Aggregator license I provided at any time between now and when it expire in six months and that will extend the Events Aggregator license one year from the date you renew.

I’ve check my licenses page and while it’s true the new aggregator license is there, I can’t see any option to renew it… am I missing something?

There should be a blue button next to the License Key number that allows you to renew. Here is a guide with screenshots, in case it helps:

I can see the buttons to renew the other elements, but not this one. Check attached screenshot
