MemberHello there, Dave! Thanks for getting in touch.
Interesting question. While reusing tickets in multiple events isn’t a feature we currently support here, I imagine you would be able to make it happen with some custom development.
For example, you might be able to use the tribe_events_get_ticket() function to output a specific ticket within your event.
A similar feature request was posted on our UserVoice page. I’d definitely suggest adding your vote if it’s something you’d like to see considered in a future release.
Sorry I don’t have more of a concrete solution for you here, but does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHello Karen! Thanks for getting in touch.
Good question. Events that were marked as Recurring in PRO will degrade to individual events when PRO is deactivated. In other words, the events will still be available to edit and manage in your WordPress dashboard, but they will no longer be identified as recurring events and will not retain the recurring functionality.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Cindy! Thanks for getting in touch.
I’m sorry for the trouble with the free plugin support. We check that forum once a week typically on Wednesdays) and do our best to hit as many questions as we can, though we can’t guarantee the same level of timeliness that we provide here in these forums.
I’m afraid we cannot provide support for the free version here, but here’s a direct link to that forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar
I will say that it looks like you might have a theme conflict on your hands. The calendar will inherit the styling of your theme by default, so any undesired formatting is likely coming from there.
As far as the calendar itself displaying, you are welcome to try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this guide to see if you can pinpoint exactly where the conflict is happening.
I’m going to go ahead and close this thread since, but please feel free to post on the free support forums if you have any follow-up questions and we’d be happy to help you there. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Jen!
I’m seeing several jQuery and JS errors in the console when I inspect your feed URL. Are you able to clean those up to see if that makes a difference?
Cheers!

MemberHmm, I tried importing your .ics file into my applications and the events seemed to be correct. Is it possible your calendar application needs to be reconfigured?

MemberHey there, thanks for following up!
Are you seeing the event split up multiple times in your WordPress dashboard as well, or is the event a single event there?
Also, can you provide me with the Event title you used? I’m unable to identify which one it is in the .ics file.
Thanks!
GeoffGeoff
MemberMy pleasure, and thanks for following up!
Good call. Let’s see what you hear from the theme author and then we can proceed from there. I’ll leave this thread open a while longer to give some time for that to happen.
Cheers!

MemberHowdy folks–thanks for chiming in!
For the time being, this would take custom development that we unfortunately cannot support here in the forums. As mentioned above, we’d be happy to take that new feature suggestion on our UserVoice page, if someone wants to post it. That’s where we track new feature requests for consideration.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since this is more of a feature request than a support ticket. If you do have a support issue that needs attention, please feel free to open a new thread and we’d be happy to help you there. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberP.S. I’m going to move this thread from Pre-Sales to Community Events. Same URL, but easier to find. 🙂
