MemberAh gotcha–thanks for clarifying!
As long as there is an option to upload an image, then there is indeed the possibility of duplicated images being uploaded.
The only way I can think of preventing that is to remove the upload option altogether. Here’s a thread that outlines how to do that.
Sorry I don’t have a specific method to ward off duplicated images with the upload functionality enabled, but disabling will certainly make the Media Library more manageable.
Cheers!

MemberHey there, Rolf! Thanks for writing in–it sounds you’re enjoying the plugin so far and that’s awesome. 🙂
Good question. That sounds like a cool feature, but unfortunately isn’t available right out of the box. We do have the Community Events add on, but that would allow people to submit events and see the events they’ve submitted instead.
Another option might be to check in with the Eventbrite Tickets add on. Those who register for an event using this will have access to all their registered events directly in Eventbrite. Not exactly what you’re looking for, but still might do the trick.
On another note, we are always accepting new feature requests here in this forum. I can’t guarantee that we will be build everything that is suggested in there, but it does allow others to vote on the idea and give us an idea of how many other people would find it useful as well.
Sorry I don’t have more of a concrete answer for you here, but does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi damiendasher,
Interesting question! I can’t say I’ve worked with Beaver Builder myself but it looks interesting based on what I saw when looking it up.
How are you adding the widget to the page? Is it using a shortcode or does the builder provide a widget area for you to pull it in?
Cheers!

MemberHey Yve! Thanks for getting in touch. I’m stoked to hear you’re enjoying the plugin so far and appreciate the kind words–always love positive feedback. 🙂
Are you using the CSV Importer to import your events? If so, you can create a column in your spreadsheet for “Website URL” and map it to the appropriate field during the import process to make sure it gets included.
We have some more detailed info on using the CSV Importer in this article, including an example file.
Does that help? Please let me know.
Cheers!
GeoffP.S. i’m going to move this thread to our PRO forum since this topic seems to be more about support than pre-sales. 🙂

MemberHi there, Taylor!
Yes, indeed, your mic is on. 🙂
Good questions. If you have an event that spans multiple days at multiple times, then I think the best approach would be to create a single event for each timeslot. For example, if you event runs Wednesday through Sunday and it occurs in three different slots through those days, then I would create three events. Otherwise, you could do the inverse and create one event for each day that spans that timeslot, or one single event that covers all those times from Wednesday to Sunday.
When you import events from Facebook, one event post will be created for each Facebook event entry. It’s a 1-to-1 deal, but you can choose to selectively import events and skip others.
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHi Nicole!
Sorry for the trouble here. Just curious, what function did you add to default your site to List View? I am guessing that is preventing Month View from being accessible at all. If so, it may need to be rewritten to account for mobile devices.
I do want to note that we’re fairly limited to how much we can support custom development questions like this in the forum, but I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction if I can. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi there Niki! Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch. 🙂
Sorry about the trouble here with your license. If you’re seeing that error, then you likely need to connect your license to the domain currently in use. Here’s a Knowledgebase article on how to move your license between domains that I think will do the trick.
Please let me know if this helps!

MemberHi Jamie,
That’s strange, it seems to work well when I try it on my end.
Perhaps try removing the code that was added, then copying the block of code that is above it, then replacing this line:
echo $ticket->name;
…with this:
echo $ticket->stock . ‘ left’;
Cheers!
GeoffP.S. I’m going to move this thread to our WooCommerce Ticket forum since it seems we’ve moved from Pre-Sales to support. 🙂

MemberHi Richard,
Thanks for getting in touch! Right now, we do not offer a special license for WordPress multisite networks. We do, however, offer three tiers of licenses (Personal, Business and Agency) that will allow you to pick up the number of licenses you would need for the sites you’re planning to use with the calendar. We also have more information on WordPress multisite network licensing, if that’s what you’re looking for.
Please let me know if you have any other questions here on licensing and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi mobloggy, and welcome back to the forums!
Oh shoot, that’s not good. Sorry for the garbled mess there.
What caused your site to crash this last time around? Did you have to make any changes to your site, theme, or other plugins along the way? Also, are you able to head to Events > Settings > Display and make sure the default events template is selected as the calendar template?
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Cheers!

MemberHi Sheli!
Yes, there definitely was a good deal of custom development done on that site to make it look that way. You’re certainly welcome to reach out to the owners of the site to see if they can offer some tips and advice that would help you along the way!
Cheers,
GeoffMay 27, 2015 at 8:47 am in reply to: Operation with WP Affiliate Pro / Affiliate Tracking for Ticket Sales #965355Geoff
MemberHi there, Tom! Thanks for getting in touch and checking out the plugins–I hope they’re fit for your site. 🙂
Excellent questions, let’s tackle them one at a time.
1) We want to use the WP Affiliate Pro Plugin to reward affiliate partners
I honestly have not tried using WP Affiliate Pro with WooCommerce Tickets. However, WooCommerce Tickets allows you to create tickets as a product in WooCommerce directly from the event post editor, then WooCommerce handles the transaction and order management from there. If WP Affiliate Pro doesn’t need to interact directly with the event post editor, then I would image it would run smoothly.
We do have a full 30-day refund on all our products, so you can certainly pick it up and test it out to see if it works.
2) Is it possible to publish the event list widget also to another website
Unfortunately, no. There is a neat way to share events across sites on the same WordPress multisite installation, but I’m afraid that would be the only way for the time being.
3) Is it possible to email to the whole attendee group or selected attendees of an event via the Ticket backend?
There is certainly a way to export a list of attendees from the ticketing backend, which can then be used to email the full group using the email platform of your choice.
4) Is it possible to send free tickets for events that are sold regulary (standard is you have to pay)?
Tickets can be free, but they will still need to follow the WooCommerce checkout process since WooCommerce handles all orders.
5) Does Events Calendar Pro and the Tickets Plugin work with the Kallyas Theme?
That is a good question. We do try to optimize our plugins to integrate with as many themes as possible, but I haven’t personally tested with that theme before. I also haven’t come across any reports where those two do not work together. Again, we do have the refund policy in place for just such an occasion and, of course, we would do our best to support you here in the forums if you bump against a conflict that we are able to resolve on our end.
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know and thanks again for reaching out!
