MemberHello @Manny,
Sorry for the trouble here! I see what you mean–the event link works, but the main calendar URL points to Page Not Found.
Will you please try running through the steps outlined in this article? It solves just about every issue we’ve seen related to Page Not Found errors and want to see if it helps do the trick in this case as well.
Thanks!

MemberThanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here! The issue is that The Events Calendar is not fully integrated with the Live Preview functionality of the Theme Customizer in WordPress. We are making some big strides on this in The Events Calendar 4.0, which is around the corner.
Sorry about that, but does it at least help shed some light on what’s happening?
Thanks,

Two more questions. I see you have tried the following:
Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
Switched to a default theme? YesDid you notice any difference in this conditions?
Also, are you using any custom templates for the list and/or month view, by chance? You can check this by opening up your theme directory and looking for a folder called tribe-events. If you see that, please let me know what files–if any–there are.
Thanks!

MemberExcellent, thanks for following up, Darrell! I would still recommend the steps in this guide, but I’ll be interested to see if there’s any improvement once those other updates you mentioned have been made. Definitely keep me posted.
Thanks!

MemberI appreciate that, @Kevin! Sorry again for not having a better solution, but I’ll definitely leave this thread open a while longer in case you come across something and would like to share it with the community — which is awesome of you to offer, by the way. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberI’m afraid not. The ticket, even if set to display in the WooCommerce Product Catalog, will still direct to the event post. Sorry!
Geoff
MemberHi Karmen,
Thanks for the screenshots! For the ticket settings one (https://cloudup.com/iR5bEzNdv30) are you able to click the “edit” link on that ticket so I can see the date settings for the “Adult – Professional Trainings” ticket. You can reveal that by hovering over the ticket title.
One thing I do notice is that this is a recurring event — I want to note that tickets do not support recurring events at this time, so I’m wondering if that’s the source of the issue. Still, let’s see the date settings for that ticket and go from there.
Thanks!
GeoffGeoff
MemberShoot, sorry about that, @Christopher!
Tickets are indeed a Product Type within WooCommerce and they can be added to the WooCommerce Product Catalog in the product visibility settings for each ticket. Otherwise, however, WooCommerce Tickets merely takes those registered products and displays them on the single event view of an event.
I wish I knew of a workaround, but i’m afraid I haven’t seen one and am unable to think of one. Super sorry about that!

MemberHey @Kevin,
Ooo, interesting question!
I did some digging around and it does appear that this is a WordPress-related constraint at the moment. In other words, Community Events extends the Event Categories meta box from The Events Calendar, which extends those taxonomies from WordPress.
It could be possible to create such behavior, perhaps with jQuery or some other custom development. However, I’m afraid I don’t have a good solution for you right out of the box. While it hasn’t been updated in quite some time, I wonder if this plugin or something like it would help.
Cheers,

MemberHey @Christopher,
Thanks for reaching out and for the kind words! I’m stoked to hear you’re loving the plugins so far. 🙂
That’s a good question. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that any third-party plugins will function or integrate smoothly with our own. In other words, we built WooCommerce Tickets to ensure an integration directly with WooCommerce, but the Name Your Price extension is something we have not considered or tested ourselves.
That said, I have looked back in the forums and do recall a couple of other instances where customers have not be able to integrate WooCommerce Tickets with Name Your Price. It might be worth adding that to our feature request forum if you have a moment — I can see how a name-your-price pricing option would be handy for tickets and I’d like to see if other people agree as well and, if so, how we can do that.
Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Karmen,
Sorry for the trouble here with the tickets form showing up on the single event view! Let’s see if we can figure out what’s happening here together.
Are you able to share:
- A link to one of the affected events. In other words, a link to an event that has tickets created but the form is not showing on the front end of the site.
- A screenshot of the settings for that event’s tickets. I want to confirm that start and end sale dates of the tickets for that event are correct, just to make sure we’re covering our bases.
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Thanks!

MemberHey Alex!
Man, I am stumped on this one. I have been able to replicate the issue on my end using the same settings you are on fresh test site, so I’ve opened up a ticket for our team to look into this a little further to make sure I’m not missing anything. I’ll set this ticket to “Pending Fix” for now and will update you when I have some news to share.
Thanks so much for your patience and cooperation as we’ve looked into this together!

MemberMy pleasure and thanks for following up!
I wonder if you could wrap that snippet in a conditional statement, like testing to make sure the link is not in a sidebar using the is_active_sidebar() function or possibly some other test. Just an idea and haven’t tested it myself, but it might be a lead.
I’ll this thread open a while longer in case you hit any other questions while working on it and I’ll certainly do my best to help.
Cheers!

MemberHi Pau, thanks for following up!
It would certainly be possible to add a feed of events to any page template, but it might take some custom development to make it happen. I would recommend checking out this article on using the tribe_get_events() function as a means of creating a custom event query. From there, we do have our documentation available to give you an idea of the other functions that are available to customize things further.
Did you have any questions about any of our premium plugin features? If so, please do let me know and I’d be happy to help.
Cheers!
