MemberHi @davisstreker,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble here with the calendar styling! Let’s figure out what’s happening here together.
I’m actually getting a server error when trying to visit your site. Is there is there a way to access the site so I can check things out? Please let me know, that would be super helpful.
Did you use any custom CSS prior to it going away? If so, where were you writing those custom styles?
Please keep me posted and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi Andreas,
So sorry for the trouble here! This is indeed a known issue and we have a ticket open to address it. In the meantime, you can replace the contents of this file:
plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/functions/template-tags/widgets.php
With the coding located here.
That will fix the issue until we can release a patch. Let me know if that works.
Thanks!

MemberHi @nmaounis and welcome to the forums!
Sorry for the trouble here, but I’m happy to help.
I noticed that you are running The Events Calendar 3.12.3 and Events Calendar PRO 3.9.1. If you upgrade Events Calendar PRO to 3.12 or greater, then you should see the widgets function again. The latest version of Events Calendar PRO is currently 3.12.5.
Give that a shot and let me know if it helps. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHello @Kiki — nice to see you again. 🙂
Translations are actually contributed from the community. If you’re interested in helping make the Dutch translation better, here is an article that helps outline the process for submitting changes. It would be awesome to have you improve the language, if possible!
Thanks,

MemberHey there, @Kiki!
Good question. I’m afraid that is not configurable to set a specific default distance. The filter itself is based on what is entered in the search bar in the Near field, so setting a default distance wouldn’t be possible without that being completed first.
Does that make sense and help answer your question?
Cheers!

MemberHey Kevin, nice to see you again!
Check out this article. It covers a technique for changing any word in the calendar to anything you’d like using a snippet. Very handy. 🙂
Will that help you change the work Other? Please let me know.

MemberHi @ckas, and welcome back to the forums. 🙂
That’s interesting! How does the showathome code work? That’s not something that comes right out of the box with the calendar and I’m honestly unfamiliar with it. Is it a custom feature that you wrote or that was provided by your theme or another plugin?
Our Events Calendar PRO plugin (which I see you have) includes widgets that would enable you to display either a list or month view of upcoming events, but I haven’t seen anything like the Event Highlights section on the homepage of your site. Can you tell me a little more about how it was created? We’re not always able to solve issues related to custom development, but I’ll certainly do my best to at least point you in the right direction, if I can.
Thanks!

MemberHey Andrew!
I do know that there are coupon add-ons for WooCommerce itself that apply discounts to products. While we can’t guarantee that WooCommerce Tickets will integrate smoothly with other third party plugins, it’s possible one of those will,
I would suggest getting WooCommerce Tickets, testing it in your development system, then using our full 30-day refund if it doesn’t do exactly what you’re looking for or integrate in the way you were hoping. We try to integrate with as many other themes and plugins as possible, but sometimes you just have to give it a run on your own system to see if it works out.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHello Janine and thanks for getting in touch! I appreciate the kind words. 🙂
Events Calendar PRO actually provides a lot of flexibility for creating recurring event patterns, including the ability to create events at different days and times (screenshot). Here’s more information on how recurring events work in PRO–give that a read because I think you’ll find it helpful. 🙂
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.

MemberHi Mike,
thanks for reaching out! I’m stoked to see you’re (1) moving to WordPress and (2) giving The Events Calendar strong consideration.
The calendar itself does not have color-coding functionality right out of the box–however, we do have a free add-on available that does that. That will allow you to color-code events by the categories they are filed in.
On a separate note, I do want to let you know that we have a non-profit program you might be interested in checking out. If you qualify, you can get a license for all of our premium plugins completely free of charge. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Andrew,
Are you referring to our WooCommerce Tickets plugin or another one of our ticketing plugins? At the moment, none of our ticketing plugins offers the ability to provide discounts on tickets right out of the box. The ecommerce plugin you use (whether it is WooCommerce or another one) might provide some ways to set up promotions or coupons for tickets and might be worth looking into. However, neither WooCommerce or our other plugins was specifically designed with coupons functionality.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
