Set standard distance filter?

Someone visiting my website asked if it’s possible to set the distance filter to a certain number initially. He’d like to be able to change it, but the events he visits are usually no more than 50 km away. Is that possible and if so, how? Thanks!

Hey there, @Kiki!

Good question. I’m afraid that is not configurable to set a specific default distance. The filter itself is based on what is entered in the search bar in the Near field, so setting a default distance wouldn’t be possible without that being completed first.

I have a similar problem but more related to leaving the “Within Distance of” permanently displayed…instead of having to enter the location, then clicking on “Find Events”, just does not make sense?

I am not sure I understand. Are you facing a bug where that filter is permanently display, or asking how to customize it? Would you mind opening your own thread perchance? We do our best to keep threads here focused on one issue, the original posters. That way every issue always gets our full attention.
