    Hello,

    I have a strange problem on my hands.

    I have set-up an event and I have used the Woocommerce tickets to create the tickets. I have also set-up an early bird special exp. on October 30. Exactly at that time the October 30 all sales have stopped and the shopping card has diapered from the single event page. The event still showing the early bird special exp. on October 30 and I had to manually change the price but the shopping cart is missing.

    Please advise. My client is very unhappy.

    Hi Karmen,

    Sorry for the trouble here with the tickets form showing up on the single event view! Let’s see if we can figure out what’s happening here together.

    Are you able to share:

    • A link to one of the affected events. In other words, a link to an event that has tickets created but the form is not showing on the front end of the site.
    • A screenshot of the settings for that event’s tickets. I want to confirm that start and end sale dates of the tickets for that event are correct, just to make sure we’re covering our bases.

    Let’s start there and see what we find.

    Hi Karmen,

    Thanks for the screenshots! For the ticket settings one (https://cloudup.com/iR5bEzNdv30) are you able to click the “edit” link on that ticket so I can see the date settings for the “Adult – Professional Trainings” ticket. You can reveal that by hovering over the ticket title.

    One thing I do notice is that this is a recurring event — I want to note that tickets do not support recurring events at this time, so I’m wondering if that’s the source of the issue. Still, let’s see the date settings for that ticket and go from there.
