MemberHello Rudi,
That sounds like an interesting project!
We have a few resources available to help you get started:
- Our Themer’s Guide. This is a step-by-step overview of our templating system with examples of how to modify the calendar’s views to suit your needs.
- Our Documentation. This is a collection of every function included in the plugin that is available for you to hook into and use to alter the calendar’s functionality.
- Customizer List. This is a list of folks we would happily recommend to help with custom development on the plugins.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey there, @May-i — thanks for following up!
You will find the labels in the core plugin files for Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus in the admin-views directory for each plugin.
While we are unable to support custom development here in these forums, we do have a list of freelancers we would be happy to recommend, should you need additional help in making these changes.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberThat could definitely be related to caching as well. However, to cover our bases, let’s try a few different things:
- Reinstalling the plugins. There is a slight chance that the files are corrupted in some way and a fresh install would help clear that up. Please download the latest versions of the plugins and follow this guide for re-installing them manually.
- Disable minification in W3 Total Cache. Can you confirm that you have minification totally disabled for all JavaScripts and all CSS? If not, please ensure that minification is disabled and then clear your caches.
And, lastly, if you do these two things and still receive the message, then we’ll ultimately need test for conflicts with your theme and other installed plugins and the steps in this guide will walk you through how to do that.
Let’s start here and see what we find.
Thanks!

MemberRight on, thanks Lee!

MemberHey Lee,
Yes, that website is too good to be true.
You may get the plugin if you purchase it there. However, you will not receive a license to access support here on our site or access to future plugin updates like you would by purchasing it through us.
I should note that we did just roll out a promotion for this weekend. Here are the details, but you may want to subscribe to our newsletter for future reference because we typically announce deals through there. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberAh, yes, the caching!
The calendar optimizes itself very well, so you may need to deactivate the styles and scripts to ensure they are not getting an extra layer of caching from w3 Total Cache.

MemberThat’s very weird indeed, though I’m glad everything is looking good now!
It’s possible that your theme (or another plugin) uses caching and that needed to be cleared out before things rendered correctly.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since all sounds good now, but please do let us know if any other question pop up and we’d be more than happy to help. 🙂

MemberHey Dave, thanks for the screenshots!
Is the Facebook page a public one? I’m still not able to access it when a try to visit it:
https://www.facebook.com/orielyparc
Is that the correct URL? My hunch is that whatever is preventing me from accessing the Facebook page is also what is preventing the plugin from accessing it to import events.
Thanks!

MemberHi Brian,
Thanks for following up and nice to see you again — hope all is going well. Josh is out today so I wanted to follow up in his place.
The cost field does indeed go away once Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus are installed and activated. The reason being that the cost of the tickets replaces the need for a cost field in the event meta editor.
Do you need an additional field in there even with the tickets feature activated? If so, you can certainly add a custom field using Event Calendar PRO’s additional fields fields to display custom event information.
Cheers!

MemberHi Robert and welcome to the forums!
Ack, sorry for the trouble there.
I’ve see this pop up before and the last time it was due to mismatching versions of the plugin being installed.
Will you please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here for me as a private reply? That will help me check the plugins and the settings to confirm if that’s the case.
There is another possibility that the calendar is simply stuck in mobile view because of a conflict with the theme. Will you also please try the suggestions outlined here to see if they make a difference?

Thanks so much!

MemberHey Bryan!
Josh is out today so I wanted to follow-up in his place.
So sorry for the continued trouble!
I see you site is in maintenance mode. You’re likely making active updates to the site and I don’t want to inconvenience you there with that work, so the next thing I would like to try here is creating a fresh test site – this will avoid any disruption to your live site and ensure that we’ve effectively got a “clean canvas” to work with.
- Please install a fresh copy of WordPress in a subdirectory (if you have a CPanel-type hosting account there will probably be a one-click install script to make this really easy)
- Don’t install anything except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO
- Please also stick to a default theme — again, there’s no need to install anything else just yet!
- Create a few events so we have some test data to work with
- Can you replicate the same problem?
If you find you can replicate the problem under these conditions it would be awesome if you could stop and let us know so we can take a look while the site is still running under default conditions.
I should note that we have a ticket in our system that sounds very much like the same issue you’re describing — the test here will help us determine if it is indeed the same thing and, if so, we can add your report to the ticket so we can follow-up with you as we work on it.
Thanks for your help!

MemberHey Dave and welcome to the forums!
Oh man, sorry for the trouble here with importing events from Facebook. I’m happy to troubleshoot this with you to see what’s happening.
I tried importing the event ID you provided: 445404238963091
And I got this message back:
Either the event with ID 445404238963091 does not exist, is marked as private on Facebook or we couldn’t reach the Facebook API
I then tried to access the Facebook page you mentioned here: https://www.facebook.com/orielyparc
But that gives me this message:
The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you’re not in.
You had mentioned that the events are marked as private, but will you please double-check that for me? Also make sure that the Facebook account is both a page (rather than a Facebook personal profile) and that the page is public itself.
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Thanks!

MemberHowdy Tac — nice to see you again and hope all is well. 🙂
Good question and yes, there is a way to do this.
Anyone who has submitted an event to your site using Community Events / Community Tickets can head to the following URL:
[your-site]/events/community/list
And click the “Attendees” and “Sales” links beneath the title of their event (screenshot) to see reports for the event.
Is this what you’re looking for? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers,
