MemberHi @Temsha, thanks for following up!
Yes, the PayPal transaction (Order #1161109) is indeed fully cancelled.
Just to confirm, you are seeing the download in My Accounts > Downloads now, correct? You should be seeing it from the other transaction that did go through.
Thanks,

MemberHi @Temsha,
Oh shoot, sorry for the trouble here!
I just checked your account and do see that you made a purchase for Filter Bar today.
I also checked your download page and was able to see the Filter Bar download in there (screenshot).
Are you still not seeing the download in there when you log in? Let me know — at the very least, I can provide you with a ZIP file of the plugin and your license key so you’re good to go.
Thanks!

MemberHi Melissa,
Alright, you should be good to go! Your renewal purchase from the other day has extended your existing Events Calendar PRO license through 9/14/2017.
Was there anything else you needed for this purchase?
Cheers!

MemberWell, shoot, T’m sorry our plugins won’t be a good fit but I am really glad we were able to figure that out together before diving into a purchase — thanks a ton for reaching out and I hope you’ll consider our plugins down the road on future sites. 🙂
Cheers and have a great day!

MemberHey David,
Thanks so much for the kind words! I’m stoked to hear you’re loving The Events Calendar so far. We love getting that kind of feedback and it’s much appreciated. 🙂
We’d be happy to help! First off, do you happen to know if you have a support license with us? We use this forum to help answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins and provide technical support on this site for those who have purchased a license. If you have one, great! Please log in and we can move this thread over to the support forum.
If not, then it would be great if you could post this over on our WordPress.org forum — we provide free support there for folks once a week and are due for another pass today or tomorrow.
In the meantime, I did take a quick look at your site and it appears that there are no events in either the past or upcoming months. In that case, the navigation will hide by default. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Julie, thanks for getting in touch!
The good news is that The Events Calendar is responsive right out of the box, so you are good to go there. 🙂
There are a number of ways to customize the calendar’s colors. The easiest way is a feature in Events Calendar PRO that uses the WordPress Customizer to set colors.
There are more advanced ways to customize the calendar layout and styles, such as overriding the default CSS files with your own, but the option above is by far the easiest way to go about it.
Does that sound like what you’re looking for? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberRight on, thanks! Keep me posted. 🙂
Geoff
MemberOh nice, that’s awesome to hear! I’m not sure what happened there (perhaps caching), but I think you’re good to go as long as the calendar is displaying.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but definitely open a new one if this happens again and we’d be happy to troubleshoot it with you.
Cheers and have a great day!

MemberHi Yetunde,
Thanks for following up and sorry for not being more clear!
You said perfectly:
Say I’ve listed classes on October 1st, 2nd & 3rd & Sally books the class on October 1st. Do you mean the ticket sale count refers to all French Market Classes when you say it is also counted for the second one?
That is correct. In an ideal world, the ticket sold for the October 1st class would only count for the October 1st event. However, it currently counts for all of the events in the series.
The only way around this for the time being is to set up each event individually instead of a recurring event.
Does this help make more sense? Let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Vince,
So sorry for the trouble here! Let’s take a look and see what’s happening here together.
First off, will you please follow the steps outlined in this post? It walks through the most common reasons why a 404 error happens with the calendar with solutions on how to fix them.
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Ronen,
Thanks for reaching out and for participating in the Event Aggregator beta — that’s awesome and I hope you both enjoy it and are able to provide some great feedback for us in the process.
If you’re hitting trouble with the installation, will you please leave a comment on the main post of the beta site?
http://betas.theeventscalendar.com/welcome-to-the-event-aggregator-beta/
We’ll be able to check things out from there. You can also see a list of known issues over here for reference.
Thanks so much!

MemberHey Angel,
Ha, no worries at all! We totally understand that some sites are creates as multisite networks despite being a single site in practice.
If you can ignore the notice at the top of the screen asking you to upgrade, then you should be all good to go. You will still enjoy all the same functionality as any other license level.
However, if that notice is a pain, then I would consider uninstalling the plugin at the network level and instead installing it on the site level. That way, the license will only be tied to that specific network instance. 🙂
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!
