ParticipantHello, I congratulate you for your great work on this plugin, but I have 3 questions:
1. I just bought Event Plus ticket. Is it necessary to have installed The Event Calendar Plus or The Event Calendar (NOT PLUS) worth ?.
2. When installing Event Ticket Plus tells me this: “To begin using Event Tickets Plus, Please install and activate the latest version of Event Tickets and Ensure Its Own Have Been requirements met.”
So that tells me that I install Event Ticket (NOT PLUS) if just installed Event Ticket Plus.
3. I tried to activate my license Plus Event Ticket, but does not give me any option to enter my license in my wordpress.

MemberHi Daniel and thanks so much for getting in touch!
Great questions. Let’s tackle them one at a time.
1. I just bought Event Plus ticket. Is it necessary to have installed The Event Calendar Plus or The Event Calendar (NOT PLUS) worth ?.
You can use Event Tickets Plus with or without The Events Calendar. If you do not use Event Tickets Plus with The Events Calendar, then you can create tickets on your WordPress pages and posts instead of events.
2. When installing Event Ticket Plus tells me this: “To begin using Event Tickets Plus, Please install and activate the latest version of Event Tickets and Ensure Its Own Have Been requirements met.”
Event Tickets Plus does indeed require that Event Tickets is also installed and active on your site. It’s a free plugin, so please download and install it and that should prevent that message from appearing.
3. I tried to activate my license Plus Event Ticket, but does not give me any option to enter my license in my wordpress.
This should be fixed when you install Event Tickets from the previous question. A license field will be available under Events > Settings > Licenses.
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

ParticipantThanks for the quick response, question 1 and 3 are addressed.
But I have problems with Question 2:
When I install Event ticktes (NOT PRO) taking also installed Event Tickets PRO, appears the interface Events tickets (NOT PRO) where I can not put the price of tickets, etc ..
In the attached image you see, the interface Event Tickets (NOT PRO) having installed Events Tickets PRO appears.
Thanx for all !!

MemberHey Daniel, thanks for following up!
So glad to hear questions 1 and 3 are good to go.
Let’s figure out what’s going on with the second question.
Will you please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen and paste it her as a private reply? That will allow me to check some of your settings and look for anything that might be missing.
Thanks so much!

MemberThanks so much for the system info, Daniel! This is super helpful.
Will you please do me a favor and try re-installing both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus? I would go into the plugin directory, completely delete both folders, download fresh copies of both plugins and install those.
And, when you do, try installing Event Tickets first, activate it, then proceed with installing Event Tickets Plus.
If you’re still seeing the message after doing that, will you please screenshot it and share it with me here?
Thanks again!

MemberThis is puzzling! It looks like you have the right versions of both Event Tickets and Events Tickets Plus installed and activated, but you’re still seeing that message.
The weird thing is that I have tried re-installing the plugins on my test site as well and everything seems to be working smoothly.
Would you be willing to follow the steps in this guide for me? This will test whether there are conflicts with the theme or other plugins. It’s also helpful because it will tell us what is causing the conflict if it exists.
Thanks so much for working with me on this!
Geoff

ParticipantHello,
I’ve done everything put in the guide and still does not work for me. In fact to do all the steps to disable and enable, now I do not work the main home.
This is very rare because the theme I have chosen include your plugin. Wordpres theme is called cookbook.
Do you think if I give the admin and pasword you can solve the problem from an administrator?.
Thank you for all !
