MemberAwesome, I’m so glad that setting fixed the sidebar! Though I am bummed to hear about the layout issues in the footer.
We have a great refund policy that allows you to return any product within 30 days of purchase and it provides you access to our technical support forums in the process. If you purchase Facebook Events, please do open a thread in the forum and we’d be happy to continue the conversation there to help see what’s up. And, when you open the thread, please do share a link to the site where we can check it out.
Cheers!

MemberHey James, thanks a ton for following up!
We are indeed still working on building ticket support for recurring events. It’s something that we really, really hoped to get into the next big release (4.3) but found the development to be much more difficult than expected, so we’ve bumped it for the following release, assuming all goes well. We’re optimistic, but also a little hesitant to make promises after getting in over our heads this last time through.
We do actually have an open ticket for this over in our feature request forum and, if you add your vote, you will be automatically subscribed to updates when we post them so you’re in the loop. ๐
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers,

MemberHi July — nice to see you again and I hope all is well!
Try adding this to your theme’sย style.css file or by using the Simple Custom CSS plugin:
.single-tribe_events #tribe-events-header { display: none; }Here’s a screenshot of how that looks when testing it on your site. Will that work for you as well? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers!

MemberHi Marlene and welcome back!
I really wish there was aย similar sort of jQuery script we could provide, but I’m afraid that it would take quite a bit more custom development to pre-select an image when creating a new event, just because of the nature of how it would need to interact with the WordPress media library.
We do have a list of freelancers who may be able to help with this level of customization but I’m sorry to say we are unable to create that feature here in the forums.
Sorry I don’t have more of a concrete solution for you here, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.
Thanks,

MemberHey @Alessandro, nice to see you again!
Try adding this to your child theme’sย style.css file or by using the Simple Custom CSS plugin:
.tribe-events-photo .fusion-post-content-container { display: none; }Here’s a screenshot of how that looks when I test it out on your site. Will that work for you as well? Please let me know. ๐

MemberHi Raul and thanks for the question!
Yes, when someone purchases a ticket an email will be sent to the purchaser that includes the ticket and a QR code that can be scanned at the event. The purchaser will be able to display the email on their phone at the event for you to scan and check them in.
Does that help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers!

MemberHey Joshua, great question and thanks for writing in!
Yes, an offline option would be to print the list of attendees ahead of the event (which the plugin will let you do), check folks in as they enter the door, and then logging into the site when you’re ready to go online and manually check each attendee in from there.
Is that what you’re looking for? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers!

Sure thing! I went ahead and submitted a refund for Order #1165131 and the funds should be back in your account in the next 5-10 business days.
Thanks for the heads up and for using Events Calendar PRO!

MemberHi Joan, thanks for following up!
Oh weird, I must admit I have not seen that error message pop up before.
When errors come up during installation, I often try manually installing the plugin instead. Would you be willing to try following the steps outlined in this post? It will walk you through how to do a manual installation of The Events Calendar and what I hope is that it avoids the need for WordPress to loop through all those update messages and give you a clean install.
Let’s see if that does the trick. If not, please do let me know and it would be a great help if you could also head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the system information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here for me as private reply to check other settings.
Thanks!

MemberHey Doug, thanks for following up!
We unfortunately do not provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum but, if I understand correctly, you should be able to remove the sidebar by heading to Events > Settings > Display and changing the “Event Template” settingย to the “Default Event Temple” option and saving the settings.
Did you have any other questions about the features of Facebook Events? Please let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can. ๐
Cheers!
