    I’m confused. I got an email this morning telling me that my license expired. I renewed it. Then realized I just renewed on 9/8, just 8 days before. Please refund me the 2nd license renewal charge.

    Sure thing! I went ahead and submitted a refund for Order #1165131 and the funds should be back in your account in the next 5-10 business days.
