We are indeed still working on building ticket support for recurring events. It’s something that we really, really hoped to get into the next big release (4.3) but found the development to be much more difficult than expected, so we’ve bumped it for the following release, assuming all goes well. We’re optimistic, but also a little hesitant to make promises after getting in over our heads this last time through.
We do actually have an open ticket for this over in our feature request forum and, if you add your vote, you will be automatically subscribed to updates when we post them so you’re in the loop. 🙂
