MemberNo worries at all, Leonard! I went ahead and submitted a refund for the additional purchase and the funds should be back in your account in the next 5-10 business days.
Thanks for using The Events Calendar and all our other plugins — we appreciate your support. 🙂

MemberHey Tom, thanks for following up!
Try adding this to your theme’s style.css file or by using the Simple Custom CSS plugin:
#tribe_events_filters_wrapper.tribe-events-filters-vertical { position: relative; }That seemed to do the trick for me. In other words, it allows both the Filter Bar to be open and the calendar to display as well — at least when I tried it using the default WordPress Twenty Sixteen theme. Hopefully it does the trick for you too!

MemberHi Nico — I hope you had a great weekend!
Good question. I would say that our plugins are not the best fit for things like booking appointments. The Events Calendar is excellent for creating and displaying events in a calendar format and Event Tickets is great for adding free tickets to those events, but neither plugin (or any of the add-ons we have created for them) is really capable for booking appointments in a schedule format. Instead, I would recommend checking the WordPress plugin directory for alternatives that are made specifically for bookings. Here are a few you might want to consider:
Sorry our plugins aren’t the best fit here, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.

MemberHey there, George!
Yes, it is indeed possible to import another person’s Eventbrite event using our Eventbrite Tickets plugin. There is an option to provide the Eventbrite.com URL of the event and it will import to The Events Calendar from there. Here is more information on how importing events works in Eventbrite Tickets.

MemberHey Thomas, thanks for getting in touch!
Having the Filter Bar collapse specifically on mobile devices is a great idea! I’m afraid there is no setting or snippet available to make that happen, but it seems like something that would be possible with custom development. The filters state is controlled by Javascript and toggles CSS classes. You could likely toggle the state if you are comfortable with a little bit of jQuery — we also have a list of freelancers available who might be able to help as well.
Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you here, but will this at least help you get started? Please let me know.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi Jose and thanks for following up on Event Aggregator!
It is still indeed close to launch. The beta period is over and we’re really excited to get the finished product in everyone’s hands as soon as possible. The trick is that it needs to be coordinated with the 4.3 release of all our other plugins since that is where it’s being introduced is the version that will be compatible with Event Aggregator.
I don’t have a specific day to share, but looking at out system, I would say in the next 1-2 weeks, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Michael and welcome to the forums!
Oh man, I know that is super confusing. PDF tickets used to be a feature but we removed it last year after the community requested that it be removed in favor of electronic tickets with a QR code directly in the email. And, one year later, the feature to re-introduce the PDF feature is back.
Tough to follow!
The short story is that PDF tickets are no longer an included feature since we removed it last year. That said, we are looking into the feature request to bring them back and to do it in a way that might possible allow you to make the decision over whether to include the PDF or not.
I’m afraid that there is no timeframe attached to the feature request, nor has the feature been placed on our immediate roadmap, but please do add your vote to the request — that helps us for sure and it will subscribe you to receive notifications when there are updates to share.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
