Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased your ticket plus plug in on Monday and I can’t get it to do what I need it to. I have to use a different product that I have already purchased. I was looking on your website to see if you had a refund policy but couldn’t find one. I would like to request a refund and deactivation of the plug in license. I have already removed the plugin from the website.
