MemberHey Ron
I’m so sorry you were dissatisfied with the support. Was any of this related to Yoast SEO?
For future help, please do share you System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ with us at the start so we can better assist you.
Thanks

MemberHi there Joerg
I am checking in with our developers on this access and if this holds true. Facebook made multiple changes, and those “workarounds” may no longer work. We are doing all we can to get this restored.
Thank you for your patience.
Thanks

MemberHi Christina
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. But a few tips to help you carry this further include:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- We generally don’t recommend that you change the theme or plugin’s CSS files directly, as they will be overwritten. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
Let me know if you’re able to get this sorted out. I might be able to help you from there.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHey there Ali
I do see events in your list view but not map view. That is a bit odd.
Did you test this using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
When I view your site errors, I do see 15 things that might be a conflict. Please see Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Thanks

MemberHi Melanie
So sorry for the confusion. To best help troubleshoot this, can you please share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ with us.
I am guessing you may not have installed Events Calendar Pro on your site yet. We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Heather
So sorry about that. I’ll share this thread with our refunds representative. Please send an email directly to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com as well. I want to be sure we have your request handled.
Thanks

MemberHi there
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access/) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. For now, the best places to check in on the status of our plugin’s access to Facebook are https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
The trick for expressing interest in an event does not seem to be working fully anymore.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi there Hazel
After checking in with our lead developers on this, I can safely say that
#1 Facebook has made no provisions to really review our requests or even a warning that they would be making sudden sweeping changes
#2 We submitted for review of our application and were accepted about 18mo ago. No new review process has been issued. We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. MemberHi Sum
At this time, Facebook imports are no longer working in Event Aggregator.

MemberHi there
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I would venture to guess your pages no longer import because Facebook recently altered their access to event data.
Do you have other imports apart from Facebook?
If your scheduled imports are still working, then you would need an Event Aggregator license to continue to keep those scheduled imports.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Frank
The Events Calendar can import .CSV files for free at Events » Imports.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/ has the examples needed to create those. Can Filemaker export CSV files?
Thanks
