MemberHi Joerg
This is still accurate: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/
So you can import events that you created on Facebook if you connect Facebook and EA using that same account. In most other cases, imports wonβt work.
Can you confirm that on Facebook, you have personally created the events (not another admin on a page) and that your site is authenticating using your Facebook account?
Thanks

MemberHi Ali
When you had all other plugins deactivated and the default theme active, did you see the Javascript errors?
Thanks

MemberHi Melanie
Do you have events created beyond June of 2018?
Thanks

MemberHi there
No matter how your site is hosted, you’ll still need to go to My Account Β» Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the plugin. Youβll need to keep the free Event Tickets plugin active as well and go to Plugins Β» Installed Plugins Β» Upload to upload the zip file.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Leslie
Recurring events are built in to Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Sum.
We test all of our plugins with default WordPress themes, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. If The Events Calendar works with your theme, then Event Aggregator will as well.
Just in case, we do offer 30-day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHey Nick
You’ll need to test this out, but for now it seems that you will need to be the one creating the events.

MemberHi Wei,
We do not have an anticipated time frame for recurring events to support tickets further.
Could you open up a new ticket regarding the mobile display? We prefer to keep each ticket to a single topic.
Thanks

MemberHi Mark
Community Events https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events is a paid plugin that requires you to use The Events Calendar (free).
Does that help to clarify?
Thanks
