MemberHi there Esther
I hope I can help. We do normally have events in a logical order in list view. You can preview that at our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/events/list/.
Are the end times of your events spanning several days? Sometimes this can impact sorting order. The examples on our demo site are each within the same day.
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. Since this sorting issue is a factor in determining if Events Calendar Pro is the solution for you, please send me a link to your events page and I’ll take a look.
Thanks

MemberHi David
At this time, it doesn’t look possible. The Events Calendar can import only .csv files. Event Aggregator can import .ics/iCal files, Google Calendars, Meetups, and some of Facebook. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/. It can also import other sites using The Events Calendar 4.5 and newer.
The website you referred to does not seem to be a WordPress powered site, and therefore wouldn’t have our plugin on it.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ofer
I became a client likely around the same time. At the bottom of https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/advanced/, you can download as far back as 1.5.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Can you start with getting that part tested. After we confirm that much works, purchase Events Calendar Pro. We can back-date your account to allow for downloading older versions of our plugin.
So – bring The Events Calendar up to 1.5 via the .org download. Then take it up to v2.0, and from there we can connect to the corresponding Events Calendar Pro v2.0. After that, make some minor incremental leaps up in the update process.
Keep me posted on TEC updates.
Thanks

MemberHi MJ
Can you elaborate on what you mean by listings?
You can have 2 separate calendars in a sense. The default /events that comes with The Events Calendar will still apply. For your second page, you’d need to use a shortcode.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Becky
Events are technically a custom post type with its own unique set of categories. Tags, on the other hand, are the same as the rest of your WordPress post tags.
We have many users using Divi, but do not officially test this theme. We do test every plugin update against default WordPress themes, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Flavio
Others can create events using Community Events, and optionally charge a fee processed by your site using Community Tickets. Both require The Events Calendar (free) to run, while Community Tickets would also require using Event Tickets Plus & Event Tickets (free).
Check out each of those links to see if we’re a good fit. It does sound like this is what you are looking for.
We test our themes with all default WordPress themes, and see a good bit of themes that integrate our plugins in unique ways into their site. We do not have a definitive list of other themes that we work with.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Will
You’ll need to be more than a co-host, you’ll need to actually be the one creating the event as well as the one authenticating your site with Facebook. I do hope we see some helpful movement from Facebook soon on this issue.
This is our most accurate information: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/

MemberHi Bill
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access/) to their APIs (the protocols we use to โspeakโ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. For now, the best places to check in on the status of our pluginโs access to Facebook areย https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ย and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
If your scheduled imports are still working, then you would need an Event Aggregator license to continue to keep those scheduled imports.
If you are still interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/”.
We really would like to work with you on this.ย Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Michelle
I do understand that frustration. We are still hoping Facebook will work out a solution for others using their Facebook Events API. Until then, you can request a refund.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHey Tom
When you go to Events ยป Settings ยป Community ยป Community Tickets, do you have Enable Community Tickets & Allow any user to create tickets enabled? By default, they should be.
Thanks
