Trouble using the license. please respond asap

Hi,

I’ve submitted two other tickets asking for help with my new event tickets plus license but I haven’t heard back yet. It’s been a week. I have an event coming up in two weeks and I would really like to get going asap. Can someone please respond to my question?

My wordpress website is hosted on dreampress. So how do I download the event tickets plus plugin and apply the license?
