MemberHi there Randy
At this time, we do not have a demo of the back end.ย However, you can see a demo of the front end of our products WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.ย
Read more about this at .ย Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Will
Facebook changed access without warning just a few weeks ago, which impacts all of our customers like you. This is tough all around. Thus far, they really haven’t given us any indication of how permanent the changes are, or if better options may be available soon.
Super hard all around.
Sorry I don’t have a better answer at this time to offer. I’d suggest checking back on our status page if you start hearing news about Facebook changing policies again soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Christina
I’m so sorry about that. Please do let us know if you are able to get this working.
Thanks

MemberHi Michelle
I don’t have the final say on refunds. Some of the issues around refunds relates to how far back in time that credit card companies allow us to issue refunds. Our refunds representative will work with you when you submit the form.
I do know that if you’d like to swap out the remaining balance of time on your license for another product, we are happy to accommodate that.
Thanks for waiting it out a bit with us. We’re most appreciative.
Thanks

MemberAgreed Nick, but Facebook has been changing what they will permit developers to access. We would prefer for things to work a bit better than they have.
We will keep that page updated. If you get news of Facebook making more changes, or see that our status has changed, please do consider trying again.
Thanks

MemberThanks Bill, do let us know that when you submit the refund request form.

MemberHey Becky
Have you tested this out using our free The Events Calendar? I’d start there to be sure because Events Calendar Pro builds on top of that by only adding a bit more functionality.
I do know other Divi users have had success with our plugins.
Thanks

MemberHi Pratik
When you upload Events Calendar Pro, you’ll keep The Events Calendar installed. All your existing event data will be preserved.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Then go to Plugins ยป Installed Plugins ยป Upload to upload the .zip file.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks
Courtney ๐April 24, 2018 at 4:31 am in reply to: Inviting FB event creators to import events to my website #1514508Courtney
MemberHi Jeremy
Oh I wish that would work out. Unfortunately, the events created on Facebook must be with the same account holder as is authenticated in your site at Events ยป Import for this to work.
This means only one person who has the EA service authenticated with Facebook on your site can be the one to create any events that import.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Ismael
Event Tickets (free) will work with The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro. No further purchases are necessary.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
