Hello there
I am technical head of the project where we need to implement your Event Calendar Pro plugin,
We have purchased your events-calendar-pro.4.4.25 before this we was using your free version which have some events stored in our database, so the question is dose this Paid version will get all our free version events data which was already there in Database?
We need to use the same data we have earlier in free version. And also show as the step to upgrade from free version to pro version.
We are currently running on development server with url

Thanks,

When you upload Events Calendar Pro, you’ll keep The Events Calendar installed. All your existing event data will be preserved.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Then go to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Upload to upload the .zip file.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

Yes the way you show it worked but one more thing we need to know here,
Currently we have used licence key in our localhost site but we also need to upload the same plugin at our development(staging) and at live server.
There are few questions arise here,
1) Can you please show us the way how can we do that?
2) Are able to run that pro version plugin to our localhost, development(staging) and live server?
3) Is there any way where we can defined the allowed urls for our pro version licence key ?Lets us know your answers on above questions. Hoping for the quick and positive response.

In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
