License key not accepted

    Hi, I just upgraded my license to business but when I pasted the license key in the settings>license tab, I got the following message:

    Your Event Aggregator license key is invalid. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.

    How can I use my license?

    Hi there

    So sorry for the confusion.  We sent an email containing a link to download your plugin and the license key.

    Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the plugin.  You’ll need to keep the free Event Tickets plugin active as well.

    Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.

    It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

    Hi, my wordpress website is hosted. How can I download it to the host server and install it?

    Hi there

    No matter how your site is hosted, you’ll still need to go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the plugin. You’ll need to keep the free Event Tickets plugin active as well and go to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Upload to upload the zip file.

    Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
