MemberHey Rhys
Glad that is all sorted.
To help us better track support requests, could you open a new ticket for the widget request?
I’ll close this thread out since the topic was resolved.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHey Krsitin
Check out our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
I’ll close out this thread for now since you’ve marked it as resolved.
Thanks

MemberHi Thierry
I wish I had a better suggestion to offer. Because Facebook has disabled any app developer from accessing the information in a meaningful way, I don’t believe such a tool exits at this time.
We will continue to update the links I shared above as Facebook makes changes.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Sam
Yes, it does, with the same mechanics as the WordPress rest API, a
POSTrequest to the/tribe/events/v1/eventsendpoint with the data.https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/ is our guide for all things related to the Rest API integration.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Santiago
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
This is frustrating for you, and for developers like us. As Facebook continues to alter what it allows us to access, we will continue to pursue a path forward for Event Aggregator to import Facebook events. We will continue to keep https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/ updated as this unfolds.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Kristin
Events Calendar Pro supports recurring events, if that would fit your needs. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
If that is too much for your needs, you could look at a plugin by a 3rd party developer. Do understand we do not create/maintain/support this plugin.

Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
I wish I could provide a more thorough and definitive answer for this. We do specify on Event Tickets Plus that it does not support recurring tickets at this time.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets.
We will announce it there and at http://theeventscalendar.com/blog when we have it available.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Rhys
I’d like to confirm that we are seeing the same thing.
Here’s what I see visiting your link: https://cloudup.com/caLK72Oq7wq
I do see the venue and organizer, start/end times, etc.
Are you still seeing some errors?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Chrystal
Can you test having that API key active on only one thing on your site at a time?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
I’d suggest disabling the same key initially on the other plugin or theme, and applying it to just ours. See if that works. If so, register for a 2nd key and see if using them separately resolves the issue.
If not, continue by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Â
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).Â
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.Â
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Daniel
My teammate Nico shared a snippet with another user here that should help you achieve that.
Please refer to
Add this snippet to either your child theme’s functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.Â
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi there Alexandra
So sorry for the confusion. We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Sarah
My teammate Geoff has put together a useful snippet that should sort events alphabetically for you. This will involve a bit of coding on your end.
Add this snippet to either your child theme’s functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.Â
https://gist.github.com/geoffgraham/0bca3dd3eac1534e32ffeee369f63449#file-reverse-alphabet-order-php
Basically, you open up that functions.php file with a text editor and add the code found in the link above directly after the opening <? php statement.
Our Themer’s Guide can walk you through additional coding details to be sure that you don’t lose your changes when our plugins update.
If are skilled in programming, you should be able to carry this further to include venue sorting as well. Customizations like this are a bit beyond our cope of Support / Terms. Though, when our queue is lower, we do allocate a bit of time to revisit customizations. We can’t promise when we can get back to that.
Could you let me know if you can get the alphabetical sort working first. Then let me know if you’d like me to move your thread into our customization requests queue.
Thanks
