MemberHi Thierry
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Let me know if you do not receive a response from us within 2 days.
I can reopen https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/filtre-bar-not-open/ and continue to help you there.
Please
Courtney

MemberHi Dave
I very much understand the dilemma this places on you. If you are unable to further implement Event Aggregator, we could transfer the time remaining on your account to another product/plugin.
Would that be something you are interested in?
Thanks

MemberHey Ofer
I’ve rolled your account history back in time to be able to download Events Calendar Pro v2.0.
Head to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/. Then select the older version. Let’s start with v2 of Events Calendar Pro.
Also, pick up The Events Calendar v2 from https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/advanced/ (bottom of the page).
Keep the versions paired until you reach v4.
I’d suggest starting with v2 and then go up manually to v 2.5, then 3, etc. Always update the free version first. Ideally, conduct these tests on a We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Let me know how going up to v2 goes.
Good Luck!

MemberHi Inna
At this time we do not have referral or partnership programs. If you think that is something you would like, I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Robertt
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
This is frustrating for you, and for developers like us. As Facebook continues to alter what it allows us to access, we will continue to pursue a path forward for Event Aggregator to import Facebook events. We will continue to keep https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/ updated as this unfolds.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you are interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi there Hardy
So sorry for the confusion. We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Can you go to Plugins » Installed Plugins and confirm that it is not in your list. Then at the top of the page, select Upload to install your plugin and activate it.
Let me know how this step goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Arne
So sorry for the delay. I was able to download your .ics files and import events successfully.
Let’s move a bit deeper with the troubleshooting.
- Can you install WP Crontrol https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ to help ensure the scheduled tasks are running/check if you’ve been running successfully
- Can you visit Events > Imports > Scheduled Imports then click run individually, see if that gets things moving
- Can you also visit Events > Import > Scheduled Imports, click edit and share a screenshot of the import settings for some of those import sources
Thanks

MemberHi Ofer
Yes, I’ll guide you through this. Start with purchasing Events Calendar Pro, and then let me know when you’ve done that. I’ll back date the version you can access to the oldest we have on file.
Can you tell me what version the old site is using of The Events Calendar? Downgrade your own new site to that as well using https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/advanced/.
Thanks
