MemberHey there
You are welcome to use Agenda view and see if you can get it working for your needs. We no longer support or develop it though.
Do you mean Filter Bar or just the standard search bar? See WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. The top bar is the standard search option we include with The Events Calendar. The 2nd row is Filter Bar, which is a premium plugin.
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks

MemberThank you William. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

MemberHi there
Have you downloaded, uploaded, and activated Events Calendar Pro to your site? Once you have, you’ll find a 2nd license key entitled “Events Calendar Pro”.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberThanks. I’ll close this out for now.
Courtney 🙂
Courtney
MemberHi William
Head to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/payment-methods/ to modify that. Can you let me know if that works for you?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHey there
Events Calendar Pro is a separate product from Filter Bar. Each can be seen on our demo site: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. Filter Bar is the 2nd row at the top of the calendar.
We do not have a year view for the calendar. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Brad
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
This is frustrating for you, and for developers like us. As Facebook continues to alter what it allows us to access, we will continue to pursue a path forward for Event Aggregator to import Facebook events. We will continue to keep https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/ updated as this unfolds.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

MemberHi there Julie
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We are aware of the news, and have submitted our application again for consideration as part of this new process.
For now, we have nothing to report on restoring access.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Unfortunately, since we rely upon Facebook’s API to access data, we have no workarounds at this time to offer.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

MemberHi there Fabio
At this time, we do not have a demo of the back end. However, you can see for a demo of the front end of our products. Check it out at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.
Read more at: Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Simon
Events Calendar Pro will continue to work but will no longer receive updates (features, bug fixes, etc.) nor will you have access to support.
Event Aggregator will not work, as it relies upon our servers between the source site and importing the data to your own site. Only importing CSV files manually will remain after the subscription expires.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to vote it up on our feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/11304501-develop-an-android-and-ios-app-for-qr-code-scannin. We will notify you on the updates when we launch it.
I can say this is being developed, but we do not have an exact timeframe for delivery ready. We will announce it on our blog https://theeventscalendar.com/blog/ or our newsletter (see the footer on our site) when it is ready to launch.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Peter
That is correct, you can walk through steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/ without losing your data.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Solanage
I see that your navigation menu goes to /local-events, but the calendar is on https://coucoumama.com/events/. Are you able to go to your menu editor at Appearance » Menus » Custom Links add https://coucoumama.com/events/.
Is that what you were hoping to achieve?
Thanks
