My License number

When I add my license number in the event aggregator key block it says :

“Your Event Aggregator license key is invalid. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.”

I checked the license number and reloaded it and its still invalid.

Can you help?

So sorry for the confusion.  We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.

Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.  You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.

Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.

It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

I have done exactly as you described below several times and get the same message:

Your Event Aggregator license key is invalid. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.

You suggest in your email below that I should put the key in Events, settings, licenses. The only place for me to add it is the Event Aggregator field.

Does it sound like I don’t have rights to do this? I am hooked up to a server for the hospital/med school.

Hi there

Have you downloaded, uploaded, and activated Events Calendar Pro to your site? Once you have, you’ll find a 2nd license key entitled “Events Calendar Pro”.

Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin?
