When will Event Tickets Plus support reoccurring events?

Hello,

I support the owner of heartspaceoc.com who owns Event Calendar Pro. He just bought Event Tickets Plus on my recommendation in order to sell spaces to all of his events. I just discovered that this doesn’t support reoccurring events. Frankly, I’m shocked. This wasn’t a cheap upgrade for him and now we only have 1/2 of a solution. A good part of his business is weekly events/classes that can be purchased one at a time so you can see our disappointment.

I’m sure you must be working on a solution and am wondering when that will be available?

I wish I could provide a more thorough and definitive answer for this. We do specify on Event Tickets Plus that it does not support recurring tickets at this time.

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

Thanks for the quick response Courtney. What’s your money-back policy? My client said yesterday to find something else if this isn’t supported. He just purchased the add-on last week. 🙁
