MemberHi Abraham
Can you install https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ and check the theme? This plugin will allow you to test the functionality of your site for conflicts without impacting how users on the front-end see things. To them, all plugins and themes remain active, but to you, it will bring you back to standard install with default themes.
https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting is an overview on how to enable troubleshooting mode.
Please let me know if the theme shows a conflict.
Thanks

MemberHey Robert
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHi Kristin
1. We don’t count individual events on import. We only focus on how many scheduled times you run the importer. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/
2. At this time, importing events does not preserve recurring events features. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
3. We support importing tickets in CSV format: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/. We do not import tickets created on other systems to be a ticket within your site.
However, Eventbrite Tickets does connect to selling Eventbrite tickets within your site.
4. Changes from the source will be updated. If the source is deleted, you will need to manually delete the event from your site. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregator-import-settings/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Oliver
Community Events can do just that very thing. Submissions can be limited to logged in users or available to the public to submit. Then posts can auto-publish or be left as a draft until an admin reviews them.
If you need a more customized form, check out https://wpforms.com/create-a-user-submitted-events-calendar-in-wordpress/.

MemberHi Alyson
Can you look for Javascript errors on the admin dashboard AND on the front end of the same event? Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Please share screenshots of the error messages you might see in those places.

MemberHi Rheagan
Our plugin does not have an auto-post feature from your site to social media. You might be able to use http://ifttt.com to achieve soemthing like this, or a 3rd party plugin.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi there Jeanne
At this time Event Aggregator will import events from .ics/iCal files, Google Calendar, Meetup, other websites using The Events Calendar 4.5 or newer with the “Other URL” feature, and .csv files (this one is free but manual).
If you find you are unable to make use of the plugin, we do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know how you make out.
Thanks

MemberHi Hannah
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our plugins! There isnβt a built-in way to specifically import or sync with Sharepoint calendars. However, if you can export events from Sharepoint into a CSV file or an iCal/.ics file, that could work. You can import CSV files with The Events Calendar also.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi there Derek
I’d suggest starting with the Page Title and Meta information that you can get to in SEO Β» Search Appearance Β» Content Types.
Notice the link to an article on Yoast’s site regarding the Events page search results settings.
We do our best to help promote single event listings to search engines with details such as event markup with JSON-LD data. Less emphasis may be made on the Events page so as to avoid conflicting for SEO efforts for search engines.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Daniel
Unlike other plugins, Event Aggregator relies upon our servers to process data before it imports into your site. As such, the service will not work without a subscription. Event Aggregator is technically a servce, not a plugin that must be installed. The necessary code resides within the free The Events Calendar plugin. Purchasing Event Aggregator just enables your site to import events.
Does that clarify?
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Jaime
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Ofer
Can you start then with the next version higher of The Events Calendar than what you have from https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/advanced/ and work up to v2? Do not install Events Calendar Pro until we get The Events Calendar up to v2 for now.
Thanks
