MemberHey Alyson
A few things… first, are you able to add tickets to upcoming events? The original link you shared is dated as one that is in the past. As such, tickets wouldn’t be available.
Second, are you seeing Javascript errors on the front end of a published event in the future, on the back end as an administrator editing the event, or both?
Thanks

MemberHey Abraham
Can you add an event in the future for us? We’d like to keep troubleshooting but with no upcoming events, we can’t really see what may be happening.
Thanks

MemberHey there. I see that Victor has started helping you at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/hide-category-option-from-filter-bar/. I’ll close out this thread for now and let you finish up over there.
Thanks

MemberHi Tom
I didn’t receive them. Can you post them here as a private reply? Be sure to visit the actual post on the forum for that.
Thanks

MemberHey Neal
I see that LaToya responded to you via email. Your order is too old to be a subscription so you doesn’t have to worry about auto-renew. You can just ignore the emails, and there is even a link at the bottom of all renewal emails that you can click on to stop getting notifications.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Quinten
At this time, we don’t have any use cases of WCVendors being used. However, Event Tickets Plus does require an ecommerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. It sounds to me like it would be possible for this to work for you. If you want to give it a try, we’d love to hear how it works out.
If you find that it doesn’t work as you’re envisioning, we do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Keep us posted.
Thanks

MemberHi Wouter
The Photo View uses jQuery Isotope to output the items in a Pinterest-type grid but not in a rigid row-column type grid.
If you’d like to see the sorting script improved, feel free to suggest it as an enhancement at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you’re wanting Photo View’s grid/layout customized for your site, I’d guess any customization would need to be done via JavaScript, not CSS. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
Thanks

MemberHi Kristin
Gotcha! To my knowledge we haven’t encountered an upper limit on CSV entries per file. I’m checking in with more senior team members on that verdict still.
I’d love to have recurring support in imports, but so far, it’s not a feature quite yet.
You can use the example csv in https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/#rsvp-fields to import free events as RSVP fields.
Does that make sense?
Thanks

MemberHi Ofer
I’ll do all I can to stay with you through this. Our work schedule can vary, but I check for responses several times per week day.
Yes, small incremental updates for the earliest versions may work best. Bring The Events Calendar up through the 1.x versions to version 2 with small steps.
Can you advance just 1 point release forward? Does it error there as well?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Solange
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-a-calendar-link-to-your-site-menu/ should be able to walk you through that very thing. Please let me know how it goes. I’d be happy to test it out.
Thanks
