Hi Tom
I didn’t receive them. Can you post them here as a private reply? Be sure to visit the actual post on the forum for that.

When I log in as you (or any subscriber) I am not getting the same functionality as you. I am not able to add tickets: only an event price. (see attachment). Why would it not work that same way for me as it does for you when we are logged in as the same person? Weird.

Can you try this using an alternate browser, incognito/private mode, and/or clearing your cache? I wonder if you are seeing some of this based upon that. I logged in just as a subscriber again to test and saw the tickets panel at the bottom of the page.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂May 22, 2018 at 8:37 pm #1536739photoeventsnwParticipantBefore I had emailed you, I did clear my cache and browseign and I am using 3 different browsers to test functionality (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox). Going into incognito mode does not make any difference. This is strange.

When you are logged in and you go to the account page, are you logged in as Courtney or Courtney2?

If you see Courtney2, then you are logged in as an administrator. When I am logged in using my administrator account, I can create tickets, but when I am logged in as a subscriber, I can only set an event price.
Thanks!

May 23, 2018 at 10:33 am #1537261photoeventsnwParticipantHi Courtney,
I figured it out! The add event menu item was linked to a non-secure page (http) and the server didn’t automatically redirect the link to https. Consequently, when I would navigate to the form using the menu link, the ticket options would not appear, however, when I use the https link, ticketing options would no be available to me. I can’t believe something so stupid took me two months to figure out.
Thanks for all your help!
