    So sorry to see you go. Head over to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/payment-methods/  to disconnect your payment method.

     

    Also check out https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/subscriptions/ to turn off your subscriptions.

    Hi Courtney,

    I don’t see any active subscriptions in my account yet I still received an email indicating my license expiration date is coming up and I need to renew.

    When I follow your instruction: Also check out https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/subscriptions/ to turn off your subscriptions. This is what I get.

    My Subscriptions
    You have no active subscriptions.

    Basically the same on the payment link too—no payment method on file.

    Hey Neal

    I see that LaToya responded to you via email. Your order is too old to be a subscription so you doesn’t have to worry about auto-renew. You can just ignore the emails, and there is even a link at the bottom of all renewal emails that you can click on to stop getting notifications.
