MemberHi Elizabeth
Can you tell me what plugin and extension you are trying to install?
Thanks
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Kerry
I’m so sorry about that. As stated, I was able to import events from your .ics file. Would you like us to try that again?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHey Ian
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ has all of our widget options that you can narrow down to show specific categories.
Is this what you were thinking?
Thanks

MemberHi Jinen
Community Events can provide all of the features except “Shop”. If you mean the ability for other users to come to your site to purchase tickets to events, that will require Community Tickets https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/ and several additional plugins referred to there.
Thanks

MemberHi James
I’m sorry, I still can’t see an attached file π Can you upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link here?
Thanks
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHey Gerhard
Our link is full-width. It does not go edge-to-edge, but does take up the full width of the content area.
To get rid of the sidebar, go to Events > Settings > Display tab > Events tamplate > Default Events template.
For the remaining margins around the map, please refer to your theme developer’s support.
Thanks

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).Β
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Bart
Yes, you can certainly apply for a refund. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
We are also happy to exchange the balance of time remaining on your license for another plugin if you’d like.
I’m glad that the license did reactivate for you.
Thanks

MemberHi James
Please share a screenshot of what you are seeing for View Attendees.
I don’t see one attached. If you are responding by email, they won’t get added. You’ll need to visit the website to attach that. Sorry about that.

MemberHey Sarah
The ability to sort by venue may seem like a small tweak, but it is actually rather code extensive. As such, weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
If you’d like to see others with similar requests and the support offered, please see:
https://www.google.com/search?ei=sZk7W7qrCZGg5wLd8IuADw&q=site%3Atheeventscalendar.com+venue+sort&oq=site%3Atheeventscalendar.com+venue+sortUnfortunately, we just aren’t able to accomodate this request at this time. I’ll close out this thread, but we’re happy to help you with other questions again soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Lucy
I hate when that happens! It’s a bit of an issue when our events fetch Google map results.
Can you try using the latitude/longitude coordinates for the events displaying in Africa? See https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-map-view/ for help with this, and also try running “Fix Venue Data”.
Please let me know if that solves the issue for you.
Thanks
