ParticipantHi, I must be missing something, I can’t see where I can export a list of attendees so the event organiser can check them off at the door etc.
How do I find and download this please?
ThanksJune 30, 2018 at 9:16 am #1565157Courtney
MemberHi there James
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#attendee-list should be able to get you started viewing attendees.
Further down on the same page, see alsoΒ Check-ins without QR codes.Β This is the printable way to check guests in manually.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi James
Can you go to edit one of your published upcoming events that has a ticket and select “View Attendees”?
Please share a screenshot of editing one of your upcoming events and the ticket area.
I’m hoping we can get this sorted out today.
Thanks

ParticipantHi there, the only way I can edit an event is to go to the page it is on in the admin backend and then edit it from there.
I can see a ‘View Attendees’ button at the top of the list of events, but it is one button only that then shows me all attendees for all events, I think.
I need separate lists for each ticket.
I have posted a screenshot of the menu I see and the ticket list when I edit the page
Thanks πJuly 3, 2018 at 8:55 am #1566826Courtney
MemberHi James
Please share a screenshot of what you are seeing for View Attendees.
I don’t see one attached. If you are responding by email, they won’t get added. You’ll need to visit the website to attach that. Sorry about that.
Where can I find the list of people who bought tickets to an event?
Thanks

MemberHey James
That does look correct. It looks like the expected attendees for just that ticket type (meaning, for that event there can be several ticket types and this appears to be just the attendees of a specific ticket).
Can you create a test event and purchase a ticket (you can set that to free if you’d like in WooCommerce or use a coupon). Then confirm that you see yourself as an attendee of that specific ticket and that attendees are not lumped together from all events.
Thanks
