Location not found

Hi – we recently installed your plugin – but none of the events are able to include the Location.
I turned off all the plugins and ensured WordPress, Theme, and plugins were all current.
Signed up for a api key from Google… still nothing.

I see others are having the same problem – but their messages (and maybe solutions is not available to the public).
Can you please help?
