MemberHi Mona
Featured images should display even with The Events Calendar when you hover over them.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.
The photo view mode is a feature within Events Calendar Pro.
In the free The Events Calendar, you can create some text or drop in some html to display after the calendar. Events » Settings » Display » Add HTML after event content. If that isn’t quite enough for you, please see our Themer’s Guide to override the plugin while preservicing changes during updates.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/ can walk you through the title changes as well.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after testing for conflicts.
Thanks

You can click through that link about the Facebook token and should be able to reconnect that. Facebook links expire every few months and just need to be reauthorized.
Let me know if it works for you.

You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
At this time, we don’t have a direct integration with membership plugins, but do use WooCommerce with Event Tickets Plus. If you find that isn’t enough, please consider voting on https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13391079-woocommerce-memberships-integration or suggesting another plugin integration.
You could provide coupon codes for each level of membership available through your organization, which can be applied to ticket purchases at checkout to receive a discount. This method would likely be the simplest approach, as support for coupon/discount codes is available with both of our supported e-commerce platforms, and coupon codes can be input directly from the cart and/or checkout pages.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp. Event Aggregator is a separate purchase and is not included in our non-profit program, but it still could be worth applying.

We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Quinten
We thoroughly test our plugins with all default themes, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. We do also have a strong user base using themes like Divi or Beaver Builder. The only word of caution I can offer is that some theme developers integrate our plugins in unique ways, and can customize the integration.
We are in beta testing mode of our own QR code reading app that may simplify things for you. I’ve tested it, and with minimal interface, it appears much like the look of your camera mode on a mobile phone.
I’m not sure how WCVendors works. We do not yet have a way to charge organizers creating events. We do have it planned, but without an end date for that feature to be available. You can vote it up and be notified on it at: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3762678-charge-for-event-submission-and-premium-featured-e

MemberHi Mona
Events Calendar Pro is a separate purchase from Community Events. Community Events can work without the mentioned features that Events Calendar Pro provides, but to add more functionality, you might want the additional features.

MemberHi Blake
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
However, I can point you to another user that has attempted the very same situation: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/increase-word-count-on-listview/#post-1044859
Check out the code that George shared and preview our Themer’s Guide to be sure your plugin updates don’t conflict with the customization.
I hope that works for you.
Thanks

July 6, 2018 at 3:36 pm in reply to: Where can I find the list of people who bought tickets to an event? #1569712Courtney
MemberHey James
That does look correct. It looks like the expected attendees for just that ticket type (meaning, for that event there can be several ticket types and this appears to be just the attendees of a specific ticket).
Can you create a test event and purchase a ticket (you can set that to free if you’d like in WooCommerce or use a coupon). Then confirm that you see yourself as an attendee of that specific ticket and that attendees are not lumped together from all events.
Thanks
