MemberHi Jared
Unfortunately, this is related to a known bug that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Tracy
RSVPs work in our free Event Tickets plugin. This does allow you to require people to log in before visitors can RSVP. It sounds like this is the plugin you need. Just be sure to view Events » Settings » Tickets to enable tickets to display on the types of posts/pages you want.
If you want additional functionality, Event Tickets Plus is our plugin for that. It includes details like QR code check-ins, etc. It requires keeping Event Tickets plugin installed, plus Event Tickets Plus, and also an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Pamela
Event Aggregator is a separate product from Events Calendar Pro. It would require an additional purchase for the service.
Event Tickets is our free RSVP plugin. Within it, you can require that users log in before reserving a spot (Events » Settings » Tickets). Events will still be publicly viewable on the calendar.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Joanne
I believe Latoya has emailed you. Please let me know if you’ve received confirmation of your refund request. It will take 5-10 days to reach your account.
Thanks

MemberHi Byron
Event Tickets Plus can definitely achieve this. It does requre that the website has Event Tickets and an e-commerce plugin installed as well. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

MemberHello Rachel
I see a warning message in your screenshot. Can you tell me what that warning says?
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Joe
Our Event List widget for Events Calendar Pro does allow for easy category filtering. You can check this widget out at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-list-widget/.
This might be the best method for you. We really don’t have one filter for days of the week. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi Joanne
I’m so sorry about that. I am checking in now with our refunds representative and will share an update with you soon. Can you clarify which product you want to refund?
What is the specific issue with Aggregator not working? Where are you importing from and what error are you seeing?
Thanks

MemberHi Niek
Unfortunately, Paypal will not allow a ticket price of 0. Instead, you could create an RSVP ticket. Since you are using Event Tickets Plus, an RSVP ticket will come with a QR code. This is permitted to be free.
Does that work for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Tami
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. But a few tips to help you carry this further include:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- You can add additional settings to Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar. by installing our Customize Calendar extension https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/calendar-customizer/.
- We generally don’t recommend that you change the theme or plugin’s CSS files directly, as they will be overwritten. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi there
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS?
.events-archive .header-image .site-title, .events-archive .entry-image, .events-archive .title-area, .events-single .title-area, .events-single .header-image .site-title, .events-single .entry-image { display: none !important; }Thanks

MemberHi Chad
I hope I can help.
Can you help me follow what you’re working on a bit more?
Series of events
Do you mean recurring events? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
saved in your calendar
Is your goal to display the events in The Events Calendar on your website’s /events page?
it seems like only one of them goes to the google calendar
Are you trying to export a single event or everything on the /Events page?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Lara
Oh, that is frustrating. When you edit the event, do you see the ticket admin panel?
Can you test out how this works with a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.

MemberHi Aimee
We don’t have a way to expand/collapse event list widgets like that at this time. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Until then, if you are code-savvy check out our Themer’s Guide as a starting point to write any customizations you’d like.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
